Here are a couple of pictures of my truck as it started and after the lift.

I will try to add more as I find them.

In the beginning:

After the SuperLift with my favorite wheels:

I have been thinking lately of going back to the Slotted Wheels, i think it is a better look.

No Light Bar, but maybe a Visor over the windshield, always liked them on Rangers.

Maybe go black on the slotted this time around . They Aluminum so stripper will just take it right back off if you don't like it. But it's worth the look see . I'm trying to find my wheel style in aluminum to get away from the Steelies base chrome dipped set I have now . Weight is rotating mass and if I can Shave a pound our so off atleast the back wheels I can get that snapper rpm response on the track (drift)

I have one of the earlier, square off Visors, sanding it as we speak and need to get it painted E4, so it shouldn't take too long  to get on the truck and the SoCal sun makes it a must have IMHO !

As stated in the other thread,Front Bumper is a Jeep Bumper, made by and Kitted for a Ranger byCustom 4x4 Fabrication of OK.

the rear bumper is also made by Custom 4x4 Fabrication of OK but it is my design but Mike has the OK to make them if an oder comes in.

I have a full side view picture but it won't load, must be too bi, I will need to modify it.

I liked the original slots I had on this Ranger a while back... 5 years now - WOW, and I was thinking the Silver and Black wouldn't look bad, but there is something about the all Black ones that pulls my strings.

My existing wheels are/were a deep black, but I didn't polish them at all, just washed them, so I think the color has faded some, might just be the color itself, I have really not been happy with them, mainly because of the round holes... they aren't slots, but I will be needing tires soon, (BFG AT), and I will be looking for a deal on the package so it won't be too long for this to happen.

I decided to add the Grille Pictures to this thread.

Duplication of effort but it is part os the process.

I start with a picture of the Old vs New Grille and Lettering

Ols Grille, Red Bronco Lettering, it worked at the time but I always wanted the lettering larger.

New Grille, larger lettering but they still need to be spaced further apart.  Not too much but an increase in spacing, just want the sides filled a little more !
If anyone noticed this picture shows the front bumper in its new Powder Coated Black Coating, a little shinier than the Paint used originally when I got the bumper !

Got the lettering spaced out where I thought I wanted them; things change !  I'm thinking moving the center two letters out so the inside edge of each of the letters matches the support bar instead of the outside edge.  No too big of a move but it will increase the overall spacing and fill things up a little more !

Here are the Letters mounted.

Here is the mounting panel to lock things in place.
I marked it for the LEFT of the vehicle, just in case I dropped it and lost my way !
This plate will need to be increase in length approximately three more inches and the lettering moved outward.

Here are the basic parts, New Grille, Mounting/Spacer Plate, Letters with owner installed studs, and Hardware on the side... !

Simple straight forward, when I remove the headlights for the Projector Retrofit Install, I need to re-space the lettering to the wider spacing, clean up the lower part of the grille shell some and installed the new LED Fog Lights.  May even thing on the new winch install.

The new Fog Lights are not projector and will probably NOT throw the light I want so I may need replace them at a later date, may have some cheap Fog Lights for sale soon.
Here are a few picture of the Fog Lights and yes I know they are not projectors but I am interested in filling in front of the vehicle not the road ahead, that's what I am Retrofitting the Projector for.
Nothing special, just some thirty dollar Fog Lights, hoping for them to light up the front of the truck, sort of fill in the gap from the front of the truck to the headlight beams, to me that is all the OEM Fog Lights did. These come with directional too, have to see where that goes.
Oh ya, 48 watts each, 6000K, again, not mounted yet but they are bright when hooked to a battery, but we will see how they light the road and IF they last once mounted.

This pic shows the Directional Strip built in, not sure how bright but should go well with the new directionals going in with the Projectors.

Dimensions:
Diameter: 90mm wide = 3.54 inches
Depth: 60mm = 2.36 inches
The height measurement is screwed up, it includes the full length of the mounting bolt supplied with the light, only problem is the bolt is plain old steel, needs to be replaced with S/S.
You can see the diameter of the Fog Light Holes in the Front bumper pictures, they will mount on a Tab welded to the bumper just behind the hole, and the Mounting tab on the light can be reversed, this will allow for a mounted position further forward.
Also, the Diameter is perfect for the hole diameter, one of the reasons I purchased these.

Too many projects building up, Need to get away from the Barn and Yard Projects and get to the Ranger.

I am still working on this Grille... in my mind !

Thinking on two things, one, spreading the letters out a little more, and two, adding an aluminum, and/or S/S, strip across the grille; 4" in the center around the letters and then go to 2.75" or 2.5' on either side, maybe 3/32" or 1/8" thick.

Looking for a strip already 4", will save me time.

The SuperLift is all the way up... wanted 35s but the 33s rub some when turning hard turns, parking lots, turning around, and maybe a double lift should have been done but the way it is works for a while !

It looks good! How do you like the tires? Are they good in wet weather, dry, light snow/ice (I live in Texas so I won't see much snow but ice is a definite) and wear? I was asking because I'm gonna lift my 2wd with a simple MaxTrac 4" lift kit and wanted 33s and I couldn't find a good picture to help me visualize the fender spacing and such. I'm thinking in the front I may need 2" lift coils as well now. Good pictures, super helpful, clean truck. Thank you sir.

P.S. I just blew my secret from one of my earlier threads lol

Thanks !

I really like the BFG Tires, I have used the BFG Name Tires for a long time and it was easy for me to decide to use their Mud and AT Tires/

The AT Tires wear like steel, they should last you quite a while under normal driving, the ATs work well on wet roads and snow but that clog up easy and need a little more pedal to clear the tread.
Light snow and ice, both type of road conditions are bad and I do not know any tire that would be any "GOOD" in either but maybe there is a version of tire with studs in them, that would be good for that type of driving.

All around... the BFG ATs are by far the best tires I have owned and I would replace these with another set without thinking.

As they get older, and on a truck that had the power, (Mine was an '88 Ranger with ;93 Mustang 5.0L, Automatic,  Smoke Shows are a great thing... these tires smoke um up REALLY nice !

As for the Lift, I do not know too much about the 2WD Lift Kits, I do remember the Truck before this one, a '95 Std Cab Short bed, 2WD, Lift Kits were far and few between.

Sounds like your truck will be a good looking truck when done, remember to keep weight in the bed when driving on Ice and Snow !

Here is a link to what I am attempting on my Gauge Cluster:  https://ford-rangers.com/forum58/1547.html.

A little different, everyone is trying to get the tach in the dash and put either white or silver faces on the gauges but I am going the black face RED characters and indicators.

Maybe not E4 RED but the Cluster will be RED !

A little different, everyone is trying to get the tach in the dash and put either white or silver faces on the gauges but I am going the black face RED characters and indicators.

Maybe not E4 RED but the Cluster will be RED !

Here's my OHC, it was installed as one of my first Mods.

I used the OHC to mount my Remote Face for my Amateur Radio and where the display was, is a switch panel, four micro switches with mini LED Indicator Lights and two switch near the interior light, they operate the Map Lights so it doesn't come on with the door or the light switch.

The Radio Face/Head needed a mounting panel against the Map Lights and a filler panel toward the rear of the console.
The Light Switch Panel had to be fitted for the space and around the Map Lights.

I ran a home made wiring harness from the OHC to the rear of the Cab then down the Driver's Side Corner.
The harness consisted of a main power wire, a main ground wire, four accessories switched power feeds, and the Kenwood Remote Face/Head Harness.
I f I ever take the Head Liner down to insulate the Roof I will tie-wrap the harness to the cross bracing.

The Hole for the release of the Eye Glass Compartment, is covered now by a Ford Sticker, didn't know what to do with it !
