Thinking on two things, one, spreading the letters out a little more, and two, adding an aluminum, and/or S/S, strip across the grille; 4" in the center around the letters and then go to 2.75" or 2.5' on either side, maybe 3/32" or 1/8" thick.
Looking for a strip already 4", will save me time.
