I know.. $30K+ in some cases right up there with early to mid 90's NSX and Supra MK IV.. Insane what those cars are asking for now a days. I've got a buddy that has a 95 NSX, COMP S/C just a   hair shy of 500hp... Sick I'd sell a testicle or kidney for it..!

We sold my dad's 96 Supra Turbo 6 speed stick, silver with T tops. All original with 27K miles on it for $75,000 cash.
It took about 6 hours to sell on Denver craigslist and I was getting calls from all over the country......

Thank you Need for Speed, thank you. He bought the car for $27K in 97 with 7000 miles on it

That looks good and if you run the streets and light trail work they will work out ok.

That is one of the requirements fr my exhaust, it needs to sound good.

Isn't the gas tank in the way for duals. I was waiting for my tires to be rotated and was standing by the muffler shop so I half heartedly asked the guy if they could do it and he said I'd need to relocate the gas tank but I've never checked again. Mine is an 07 sport 4door 4x4
On my '88/5.0L Swap, I ran duals down the Passenger side of the vehicle, dual Turbo Mufflers, I thin the name was DynoMax, they had a great sound.
They exited out the passenger side, more OEM style, wrecked the ends of the pipes a lot but they worked.

If I were to ever do another V-8 Swap it would have to have Dual exhaust and the key to a good power band and sound is Not Too Big on the Pipes.

I've never heard a borla. How do they sound against a flowmaster? I've always ran flowmasters with the exception of the magna flow cat back kit on my wife's Focus

When I previously researched exhausts i found a couple muffler sound boards but not a good one. I think it was dynamax. It used the same car for a bunch of different mufflers. It would be cool if they had a program like the les schwab wheel program but for exhaust. The les Schwab wheel n tire program let you pick your vehicle by year and color and preview the wheels and tires. Imagine exhaust shopping by picking a close likeness of your vehicle and hearing it with all the different exhaust. You could get closer to the sound and performance you were looking for. That'd be a great tool.

I need to do a real sound bite of my exhaust.. OHV, 4.0L, Stock Manifolds (for now, I haven't put my headman headers on yet), OEM Cats, Flowmaster 40 series; Still not sure if its a Delta 40, or the super 40, with an up to the axle turn down.

If I can get it done in the next week I'll do a cold start, cold loop idle changeover, a couple standing revs out of gear and then a coming and going, as well as some road noise passes.

I'll charge up the GoPro batteries tomorrow.

All i'm going to say here, is don't use a gopro for audio, the latest two are "OK" but otherwise the audio compression is crap and the mic isn't much better.

The reason why audio recordings are exhausts are either massively deceiving, or just flat out bad, is due to mic/recording quality, and that so many people put the mic in the path of the exhaust gasses.

While at work today I dismantled a 2004 Ranger 2wd 2.3 5 speed. It had a Gibson cat back on it single in single out 2.5". It sounded good so that system made it's way into the bed of my truck

Remember my valence please. Needs to be 98/2000 2wd.

I could steal one off the V8 project if you are sure you can get one.
