Here is the story about me. I am now 68. My first job was at one of the first fast food places called the Satellite and it had 15¢ hamburgers and 10¢ fries, very busy place as you can imagine.Bought my first motorcycle a Honda CB 160 which was one of the first Japanese motorcycles imported to the USA. Then traded it in for the Honda 305 Super hawk. Got my second job when I was 18 at RR Donnelly & Sons, the World's largest printing plant. Then got a job in a local coal power plant. Got rid of the motorcycles bought a 55' Chevy 210 2 door post 6 cyc. got it painted, new chromed reverse wheels, new interior and totaled it. Bought a 66 Nova SS ChevyII,327, 365 hp rocket. I was 18, met my wife who was seventeen, still a senior in high school. We got married in 1969 when she turned 18 and I was 19. 2 years later had a son. Had a 70 Chevy Nova SS,350,Cragers. Ran it at Raceway Park, home of the National Drags at Clairmont (Indy) turned a whopping 14.7 at 114 mph. Bought a 1973 Datsun pickup with a self contained camper and we all moved to New Mexico. Lived there 5 years worked construction building a power plant, drove a tandem wheel truck for awhile, worked at a power plant there for 5 years and moved back to Indiana.Worked in a camera shop, portrait studio, learned photography quit there opened my own studio and camera shop for 5 years.Shut down and worked in a very large distribution center driving a fork truck for 5 years, maintenance dept. for 11 years.Retired from there on disability, back surgery,3 rotator cuff surgeries, carpal tunnel surgery, knee surgery at 59. Now I just take it easy and buy push mowers at yard sales and off Craigslist and repair them and sell them in my front yard to help people out and make a few retirement bucks.Well that my friends is my thrilling life history.Been married 48 years and my son is 46 and is my best friend, couldn't ask for a better son...
