Had I known a few people around here were truly interested in having me around, I probably would have joined sooner.

'Tis true, I've found a knack for firearms of all kinds from the WWII Garand to the "modern" AR-15 family (despite it being designed in the 60s) and everywhere in between. There are very few I don't like.

I'm 18, turning 19 this November. I'm unemployed as of right now (harder than I thought finding a place to work) but I've managed to fund my hobby by recycling metals (aluminum, brass, copper, etc), doing odd jobs and the like for neighbors and friends, you get the picture. I'm hoping that sometime soon a local shooting range will have an opening so I can start working there. I plan on avoiding fast food places at all costs....

I'm my own mechanic for the purpose of saving money, giving myself something to do, and ensuring it's done right (or if done wrong, only myself to blame). In a similar manner, I'm also my own IT manager, fixing what breaks on these flaky devices we've come to love and hate.
