Might as well pick up a set of valve springs and some 1.7 ratio rockers while you are at it. :)

Yea springs for sure , rockers just depends on cam size I go with . But have thought about running a 1.6 intake & 1.7 exhaust combo . Seen some sbf guys run that with stock gt40 heads . I'll most like go comp  of the self grind just for easy replacement if something happens . Not really lookin for high hp/tq numbers . But looking for a higher smooth rpm around 6500-7k area,  guess more circle track build like .

Finally ordered some 1" wheel spacers, tired of the rubbing at full lock when I pull in/out of parking spaces.

Found a torn ball joint boot. Front end is squeaking a bit too. Guess I'll need to replace that

So I'm getting to go outside and replace my headliner. I got a new/used headliner from work yesterday. Getting the headliner out of the donor truck was easy since I cut the windshield out with a sawzall. Since I dont plan on doing this to my truck for obvious reasons. Is it possible to get the new headliner in the truck without removing the rear window or the seats?

I also have rotten boots. Have been trying to source replacements. Let me know if you find them and I will do likewise. There are boots on EBay but what size. I believe upper and lower are different sizes also

If it is torn it is probably worn. If it is squeaking would be wise to replace the entire ball joint and not just the boot. If you were slinging a wrench elsewhere and nipped the boot accidentally then replacing the boot is OK.

They are not worn. I jacked up and checked them. My Ranger is 2000 with only 80K miles on it. They are just rotten being 18 years old.

My battery went Tango Uniform this morning. I was a few months shy of being 10 years old. I went by Costco and they are now 3 for 3 on not carrying the battery I need. Their battery service is a waist, I can't even order the correct battery.

I ended up getting a battery from Pep Boys. It is a 30 month full replacement. I did a little price checking and it was the closest and within a dollar or two of the cheapest. A MotorCraft from the ford dealership was what an AGM went for at O'Rieleys and Pep Boys.
