it was optional mine didnt have that option. but pop out the panel where the buttons for 4wd would go and bam 5" tach

from what i gathered on the interwebs tachs were optional from 1983 to 2011. i remember my 83 xls had a tach as did my 88 91 and my 06

i gathered the stuff from work today to put a small system in the slut. i already installed a pioneer head unit hopefully this weekend i can install the amp and sub i got today.

been gathering parts for the slut. just waiting on nice weather to get here so i can start this build.

custom dual exhaust with a flowmaster muffler and 3.5" tips
17" mustang bullit wheels and tires
rear disc brake conversion
rear sway bar
rear roll pan

next on the list is the rear disc brake swap, clutch, exhaust, and start some of the paint and body work. how do i change the name of the build thread? GREEN MILE is no longer appropriate with the color change that is taking place
