Oh, white LED's with clear faces? Probably quite good - so long as you use the 5 SMD LED's it will give a good output too, though perhaps a little bright if you don't dim them.

Have you thought about using glow wire for the general lighting?

Alan, are you talking a white faced cluster, leaving it the stock green, only using white LEDs?

Most, but not all of the mods on my truck, won`t be found on any other truck at this point. They can be seen in my gallery. My favorite is the wheel covers, but also this Narrow 11" x 48" toolbox on my step-side. --- John

Sadly, you don`t find them. You make them.  It is nothing more than a side-mount toolbox, with the lower section shortened by 1 1/8" on each end.

Trying to mount the box with ends so close to the inner edge of the bed rails was not  in the cards.  I went with SS angle iron and SS carriage  bolts mounted to the bed rails and  then to the ends of the toolbox. SS angle irons can remain on the bed rails, if you need to remove the tool box for some reason.

When I remove the toolbox to have a Line-x bed liner sprayed in, I will add a control rod on each end of the box to open the latch. That way, there is no need to reach the center of the box all the time. ----- John
