They are super. You can get good brands and cheap brands, I like having the choice.

Things for my truck and the wifes Subaru. As long as you have the time to wait for shipping, they are my go-to place for four wheeled parts.

OMG dont get me started. I get Rock autop boxes every week I have been ordering parts from them for years now for me, family and customers.
I have purchased tens of thousands of dollars with them and they are awesome!
I have only ever had 1 issue with them that was not easily resolved. No big deal considering the amount of parts I have ordered from them....

I use Rockauto, Amazon, Ebay, Summit, Jegs and THEN the local stores.....

ROCK AUTO IS THE SHI&

The only way I buy from the local parts stores is if it something that can not be shipped, or if I need it today.

100% agree, if you can wait a week to do the project, rock auto is the way to go. Their parts + shipping are almost always cheaper, PLUS if you sign up for their emails, they send out 5% off codes all the time. or any forum they are sponsors on will have them as well. It basically pays for shipping. The trick is, to order as many things as you can at once. If you do one here, one there, the shipping will kill you, but if you can order a bunch, especially if it all comes from the same warehouse, then you're golden.

I only buy stuff from the local parts store as well if I need it TODAY, OR if its something I will need to swap out at some point. like all my brakes are auto zone duralast whatever the best version is. Why? they are cheap AND I swap them for free when I need to.

"especially if it all comes from the same warehouse, then you're golden"

Agree 110%

Often you can spend some time in your cart before checkout choosing different parts until they all come from maybe one or two places (A & B) instead of A B C & D) = save on shipping.

Use them all the time. I have good luck with them. Just had a warranty claim on my sons fuel pump on the Silverado no issues.

I have only used them for a few things, all parts were as advertised, and came packaged well and not broken, and worked. Latest was the Windshield Washer, Overflow Res for my '03 EDGE, fit and works !

I am sure there are people that have made poor reviews for this On-Line Store, but try it, you might like it !

I made an order delivery was on time parts were correct. I added more parts to my cart and plan on ordering more in the future. You cant beat the prices. Some stuff I checked on was priced the same as the part stores but must of the parts I checked was way cheaper on price. What I like the most is the buyers ability to choose what brand

yeah buddy! Rockauto is the Sh*%!!! Glad it worked out for you
Like you said some parts are priced the same but most parts are priced WELL BELOW what the brick and mortar stores sell and you get to pick your quality.
I get packages from Amazon, Rockauto and Summit every week

I tried Detroit Axle on Amazon cant say that I'm a fan. I bought a complete front end kit for my ranger a arms wheel bearings sway bar bushings tie rods the whole nine. Kit was around 250. Within the first year I have replaced both bearings and upper ball joints. Parts looked good but were junk.

I too tried several sets of Detroit Axle wheel bearings for customers... not a good idea. Within the first 6 months I was replacing everyones bearings with timken or Raebestos or Motocraft and I had to eat the cost of labor since I was the one who suggested we all save $$$ using the detroit axle parts.

Bad idea.

You GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR
You simply cannot make a good strong unit bearing/wheel bearing for $35 each.....

Rock Auto is good as I have stated, BUT like anywhere else it is which parts you buy.
Every store, mostly on-line, have their China Parts, and it is up to you to double check the manufacturer.

I got decent items, I went for the price so I am assuming they were made in China, I am waiting for the Windshield Washer Pump to   the bed, but I saved the OEM one and it worked, so only time will tell !
