Can we standardise the avatar section width please? The interests line causes massive misalignment, can we make that line 'carriage return' ?

Would be willing to sponsor perhaps towards the site directly, or maybe a raffle where we give away a product such as a LED light bar, an 8.8 Truss, a body lift kit, a Flatlink or Prolink from factor55, a Maluna cooler, a tent from MMI, some camp kitchen gear, maybe a gift certificate to us or something, something else applicable. Eventually bigger things like exhaust system or a suspension lift, bigger ticket items.

Jim I'd like to discuss a couple options with you on the matter too for that when you get some time call us about it and lets see how creative we can get.

I started by increasing avatar size, I will standardize the width next time I get a chance.

Just something I've noticed as of late. Seems as when using either quick/regular reply you're typing on a white background with default black font, unless otherwise changed and posts to a dark gray with white lettering as it should.

However, upon editing a post, it will generally pull you back into a white background with that same white font and you must right click and highlight what you need to see and precisely click where you want your cursor for the edit mode unlike before.

which is causing me to be even worse of a grammar/spelling Nazi..

Jim, I know you and Chris have PLENTY to do, but here is a suggestion for when you get bored:

Over on R-F, when I post a reply I can then hit the BACK button and it takes me to where I was prior to the post.  On here, hitting the BACK button displays my post in the edit dialog... so I have to click the BACK button twice.  Is there anyway you can make the site behave (in that respect) like R-F?

Due to FRF and another sites way of vanishing all of the recent posts after 5mins or less, I got used to opening up a single tab for new posts, and right-click opening each thread in a new tab so I wouldn't lose sometimes pages of new responses or threads... Not saying thats an answer or fix, just the method of band-aid I used.

You have to love the cookies here better than any other though. When you read a topic it doesn't stay lit as in un read for an hour or so like the VB driven forums. There are so many pluses from a usable standpoint.

I find myself really missing the "top" and "back to top" buttons and links I have scattered all over when I visit other places.

Bit confused on this one - when you post a reply it automatically takes you back to the topic that you just replied to .... where exactly did you want it to take you?

Nope I'm confused too they both dump you at the end of the topic right under the post you replied to.

If what you want to do is go back to the FORUM list whence you picked the topic to read then that is easy -

just click on the forum name in the links at the top or bottom of the page -

@Chris: Yes, that is what hitting the back button (or that handy button on my mouse) does on R-F. It's just easier and less clicks. Not a big deal though.

Since posting the reply has taken you back to the bottom of the topic you have replied to, you can simply use the bottom forum link to go back to the forum - still just one click.

Yes one of the first things I did was the double breadcrumb mod wow what a memory. It's at the top and the bottom.

Lol - just ask, we are always happy to help out and it does highlight areas where perhaps we could make things clearer. :)

I guess the fact that the text is white, rather than blue and not underlined (until you mouse-over) was why I didn't get the hint. I am conditioned to expect a link to be blue underlined, I suppose.

I'm afraid that will be for next year :) But it will happen, going to get the vendor section going first to get a litle cash flowing. I will advertise but I simply despise those google strip ads atop and bottom. Unless forced for google ranking I will never do it.

On the "Recent Topics" list I have noticed the description lines in the Topic column are bleeding into the 2nd and 3rd columns if the description is long enough.

Just noticed it and wondered if it was a local to me issue or a universal issue.

Yep, I am bored with the snow and idiot drivers that are out in this mess.

No - it is an issue & I know why it happens - I'll talk to Jim about it.
