Idk if this will turn into a build thread or not but I got a couple questions for those who might know a thing or two about Foxbody's 😉😉.

First: I'm gona do sn95 brakes all the way around (factory brakes suck with a 347).
Which means 5 lug wheels. I got a set of sweet 18 inch 2007ish gt rims. My car is currently dropped and has 17s on it and the front rub pretty good. Should I go with stock replacement springs or say 1 inch drop springs?

Second: does any one know of any tricks to band aid some more life into a T5? I know a google search will net a ton of info but it seems all over the place (one thing is for sure that they are NOT a strong tranny). I'm not running a drag tire. I know a billet countershaft plate helps, maybe thinking about a beefed up input
shaft.

I'm not ready for a tko or T56's tho one day I'll be buying one since I got twin hair dryers for the car and working on a dart block combined with a fully forged eagle rotating assembly/afr heads etc. some make for 800hp easy. Man I sure love having a ton of projects. Starting to feel like 410customs. Hehehehehe

91-93 has bigger wheel well openings in the front for the 16" pony wheel option. Gt or lx both had bigger fenders. I myself am in the process of building a mustang. I bought a wrecked 98 v6 car. Currently in the process of installing a 4.6 v8 and tremmec 5 speed

4.0power the T-5 you have is it the world class T-5 from a 85 & up V-8 Mustang or an earlier one or a V-6 or 4 cylinder one?. The world class T-5's are the strongest ones AFAIK, check out the article in the attached link. I installed a world class T-5 in my 69 Coupe.

It's a world case T5. I sent it to a builder only to get a call saying it's totally needing rebuilt. Sure it's a used tranny but man I was dropped to hear that. Oh well quick shot of the car
