A while ago I replaced both upper arms, lower ball joints and tie rod ends.  Ive had a squeak, groan noise in my front end ever since.  I removed the sway bar to eliminate it as a cause.  It sounds like its the new upper arm.  The passenger arm disdid fit well and I'm curious if thats an issue.  Anyone have issues with new arms?

Done 4 recently have had no issues. The lowers have bushings also, the sway bar has bushings and the shocks can make noise if they are extremely bad.

What's funny is I was just looking at a new snap on product, a microphone with blue tooth you can attach to your frame to tell where squeaks are coming from.

when you install new control arms you need to set the pre load on the bushings, otherwise they will twist beyond their range of travel and squeek

So you basically need to keep the UCA through bolts slightly loose when you drop stab the upper ball joint and finally put the truck back down on the front tires under its weight and at ride height...then torque them down
Same goes for LCA bushings

How interesting.. I use to correct peoples chassis issues back in the day because they would install a Strut tower brace, especially FWD forward brace's and they would just bolt them on without taking the preload off the car. You have to lift the vehicles wheels and tires off the ground, Tq to spec and then set the car down THEN you see the effect the strut tower brace/Rear brace was meant to do. Otherwise bolting it on and going did really much nothing. sure it made it a little more rigid but still not functioning correctly.

Shocks are new..  sway bar is removed to elimate from equation.

This would be my guess.  Im doing u joints soon.  I'll loosen up the pass side and verify everything.

Well it appears it was binding. I loosened it all up. Set the truck back on the ground and torqued it. Much better. Now to get it aligned.

Ps heres the noise
