when you install new control arms you need to set the pre load on the bushings, otherwise they will twist beyond their range of travel and squeek So you basically need to keep the UCA through bolts slightly loose when you drop stab the upper ball joint and finally put the truck back down on the front tires under its weight and at ride height...then torque them down Same goes for LCA bushings
