Here's my pride and joy. It's a 1990 Ford Ranger, 2WD standard cab. Obviously, there's something going on under the hood though. It's a 2.3, running an IHI turbo with anywhere from 10 to 15lbs. Supplying the fuel are a set of 60lb/hr Siemens Deka injectors and a Walbro GSS340 pump. A set of forged SVO pistons and a ported dual plug head eat the boost up for breakfast, lunch and dinner :D.

Moates Quarterhorse, with Binary Editor software
Custom OBD2 adapter harness (to plug into the old chassis)
2005 Ford slot MAF in a custom 3" housing
Amazon intercooler piping
Saab "viggen" FMIC, modified to fit
Innovate LC-2 Wideband controller with sensor
Harbor Freight boost gauge
Ford "E6" exhaust manifoldFord Thunderbird IHI turbo, with custom oil linesCatch can, no PCVStock clutch, trans and rear end.

i have a 92 with a 2.3 and have wondering about putting a small turbo on it like one from a thunderbird

wicked cool!!! 2.3T can make some serious power......like 350-650 hp range depending on the build and boost
Love the FMIC and OBD2 conversion!!!

What transmission??? poor thing, hows it holding up?
