For the rear end swap I will make my own brackets, single piece design. I am blessed with several CNC lathes and mills at my fingertips.

The only think that might change my mind is if I find the tubes tapered on the 8.8.

I realize I will still have to weld shock brackets on but once I get it all measured I might change my mind on that too :)

I have never heard of the 8.8 Tapering but they do have a reduced end on the 28 Spline setups, the 31 Splice Ranger FX4 Axles have a straight 3" tube; they can use the 9" Version of the Disc Brake Kit.

But but the other parts can still run you around the $500 marks, depending on where you get them.

Luck

Working on more Mods, just need more time, longer days would work !
