Since you're not using any light bars, despite some cheesyness.. I'd spend a little more money on the wrap, find a "quality" 3M based but "REAL looking" Carbon fiber material for the hood and the top.. not just black. The carbon would add a lil bit of class if you will at least statement wise and NOT look like the typical kid-ride that the typical Carbon-Primer or Primer-Fiber rattle can jobs present.
Usually a large part of the time you can tell a young kid (generalizations here) is driving a primer/satin rattle can car just as much as everytime you see reverse offset wheels on a car or truck YOU KNOW whose driving... Both IMO attract negative attention in my experience and at least with the Carbon fiber look, it would like you took a step more in pride, it'll change the look of the car in a more positive fashion, doesnt look like a corner cut, and I think would look better overall if you're going to do it for the sake of just doing it.
Sorry, i'm biased as in my age of the car scene.

Paint would be nice but cost factors, unless your Ear Shibing it or Maaco, decent work that'll be backed up will cost you $2k or more. Wrap $800-1200 complete if you know what your looking for and how to deal with people. and when you get bored in 2-4 years.. redo it.
The wraps are good for 3-5 years, after that its time to get another chunk of a write off for the company and much like the front page of a website to keep things fresh in the searches and attention.. rewrap that and change it up some. Pretty sure that rolling billboard has paid for itself in 7 years and is due...
