 Would I be better off just replacing the rear leafs and the front coils? If I go that route what I would like to do is get 3" lower coils and get a rear axle flip kit with the longer shackles to keep the truck level. I want it lower just not slammed. Right now with my topper on the truck has a real bad sag in the rear end.

 If you have a sag with just a topper and with the differences in the rear numbers I would look for a new set of springs. The new spring would get rid of the sag with the topper.

As far a dropping that is a different call - I am not a fan because it usually causes other issues.

 Yeah you're 3/8" off for the leafs. I'm going to measure mine today. Its starting to warm up a bit.

If you're sagging anyway you might as well go ahead and order new leafs. It'll fix your drop from the topper.

What's your rear leaf code on your door label? You could probably order the next stronger one to give you a little extra for that topper. Or even just the same replacement will be better I'm sure, much newer and no sag.

 I didn't know there was a rear leaf code on the door. I'll look when I get back to the house. I'm lucky enough to have to sit through 2 2nd grade basketball games!

 So I measured in a few different places and the differences were all over the place. Hard to pinpoint what the issue is.

1. Top of leaf mounting plate straight up to inner fender well.
L: 9 5/8" R: 10 1/2" Difference: 7/8"

2. Rear liftblock (top of bumpstop) to the frame (next to factory rubber bumpstop)
L: 6" R: 6" Difference: 0"

3. Ground to top of bed (center of rear wheel)
L: 48.5" R: 49.5" Difference: 1"

4. Top of rear bumper to ground
L: 28" R: 28 1/2" Difference: 1/2"

So I think my leafs are okay based off of the #2 measurement. But the #1,3 & 4 make it look like the bed is tweaked a bit.

The body lines match up on both sides from the cab to the bed.

The bumper is not bent and frame doesn't appear to have ever been hit. Could 1/2" difference in the bumper be how it's mounted? Tightening on one side would raise the bolt to the top of the hole. Tightening on the other side would pull the bolt lower in the hole.

As far as the inner fender well and top bed height being different...I'm stumped. Especially since the body lines match up. Unless the factory tweaks/lifts/lowers the bed until all the body lines are straight.

Also, the body mounts for the bed all look good, none rotted or broken.

From the bed to the back window looks straight as well.

Maybe a shop that can do tires and alignments?  Usually they can inspect all your tie rods, struts/shocks and all. 

I'm guessing since both our trucks seem straight, this may be a normal thing. Maybe factory rubber body mounts are different based off of body lines matching up. 

Maybe our measurements being off from side to side is common. 

My alignment is good and everything is straight, I have no idea why my measurements are off.

 It happens because of wear. Most likely you had a heavy load that was not balanced sis to side, hit a hole in the road that caused full suspension travel, or you may have a cracked or broken spring in the spring bundle.

I've only had the truck since September 2017. I'm not sure of how the p/o used it. 

I think the springs are good based off of the measurements from the frame to where the leafs mount to the axle. 

The heavy load part makes sense but the bed floor isn't bent and the body lines are all even with the cab. If everything is even and lined up with the frame, suspension and body lines, how is one side higher than the other. It doesn't make sense. haha.  

I guess I need to re-measure the front again too. Maybe after the pre-keys settled one side is higher than the other, causing a difference in the rear. Maybe adjusting one side of the front will even out the rear as well...then I'll need another alignment. :(
