I've only had the truck since September 2017. I'm not sure of how the p/o used it. I think the springs are good based off of the measurements from the frame to where the leafs mount to the axle. The heavy load part makes sense but the bed floor isn't bent and the body lines are all even with the cab. If everything is even and lined up with the frame, suspension and body lines, how is one side higher than the other. It doesn't make sense. haha. I guess I need to re-measure the front again too. Maybe after the pre-keys settled one side is higher than the other, causing a difference in the rear. Maybe adjusting one side of the front will even out the rear as well...then I'll need another alignment. :(
