I am trying to locate a complete floor pan for my 1985 Ranger It is a standard cab plane jane body. had a serious rust problem .I put an 88 5.0 aod 8.8 in it 17 years ago plus all the body mods and if I cant get a floor pan Ill need a different body .So Im looking for parts again.

Welcome to F-R, sounds like a cool project!

You might be able to get a sheet metal fab shop to weld a couple pieces of more conventionally available steel in there, I really don't know of a place that sells floor pans for that one.

Might be able to find a damaged body in a state with less rust and cut them out with a small cutoff wheel on an air grinder.

We need some pics of this beast I'm sure its cool even rusted.

Anyone else?

I just did a quick Google search and found that AMD and Goodmark make replacement floor panels for the gen 1 and gen 2 Rangers. I didnt dig to far into it but both places seem to offer panels that you weld together. Looked to be about 4 pieces. I did not see a complete floor pan.
