At work today when I dismantling a Chrysler Town&Country mini van I noticed a rechargeable flashlight. I popped it out of the interior panel. It snaps in has 2 wires a switched 12 volt and a ground. It a bright led flashlight that would be a good mod for any car really not just a ranger. I'm thinking of mounting it inside the glovebox. I'll try to get to it this weekend so stay tuned.

Been around for at least 2-3 decades between Jeep and Chrysler as well as Toyota and Honda here and there.

I think even at one time the Odyssey had a cordless Vacuum cleaner in the rear quarter panel.

Its decent in a pinch, certainly better than nothing at all, but obviously better options that are far brighter and last longer but for FREE.. it is what it is.

Ahhh I did forget that one.. I still giggle when i see newer BMW with center console cell phones.. The 7 series just has a push to touch phone pad that connects to your existing phone and data plan.

I had a 99 CRV, they have a decent sized table in the back, 4 legs that fold out. Sits where the spare would have been had they not mounted it on the back.

Semi-on-topic: I had a rechargeable 3 cell Mag-light mounted in my 99 Lariat for 13 years. I took it out of the Lariat when I got rid of it and it disappeared before I could mount it into the replacement truck.
