Just to say - the relay in the fuse box is only for the switch circuit to the starter - there should be a much heavier solenoid switch in the starter itself which does the main switching - it can have bad contacts which will stop the starter working, as can stuck or worn out brushes in the starter motor itself.

How does one "jump" the starter? And it's just a single click. I got it in the latter half of the last video, but it sunds like the fuse box clicks once as soon as I turn the key, it's not a multiple click. And I'll get under the truck later with some steel wool and clean the connections and the wires, I'll also smash *cough* tap on the starter to see if it works

First would be to bypass the starter relay, you could do this by bridging the wires on the relay or bring 12v straight to the starter solenoid switching circuit.
If it works then your starter relay is bad.
If it doesn't next step is to bypass/jump the starter solenoid itself.
NOW this is where you want to be careful, lots of amperage when starting a motor.
What you do is bridge the 2 big connectors on the solenoid with a screwdriver.
Your screwdriver becomes the 'switch' as it were.
This is why you have to be careful, use an insulated screwdriver and don't leave it on there long or it might weld itself to the terminals. Bad!
Another option again is to bring 12v straight from battery+ to the starter terminal.
You're basically powering the starter straight from battery with nothing in between, so use caution, a heavy gauge wire, and a good battery.
There will be sparks and you might get some juice.

Also turn you ignition switch to ON and make sure your truck is in Neutral.
And since you have a manual, you need to press the clutch pedal or it won't start, so maybe ask a helper.

Which makes me think maybe it could be the neutral safety switch. I think on our manuals it's a clutch pedal position sensor so you'd have to look there.
There's also a neutral position sensor on the transmission but I don't know if that's part of that circuit.

On the other hand, this was all working before you changed the alternator?

Well, instead of trying to jump the starter or anything I bought a new one today, I figured that way I would be starting with something that's pretty much guaranteed to work as opposed to trying to finagle the current starter. Now, my question is this; is the starter the same for the manual transmission as it is the automatic? I've searched and can only find one starter available on any parts website, so I assume it fits both but I figured I'd ask anyways

Well ladies and gents, I've got some news......SHE STARTS!!! Put the new starter in, and she cranked on the first try. Thank goodness, I had already planned on selling her if this didn't work. So excited. Now she's basically new what with a new battery, alternator, tires, and a starter. Gonna run her nearly empty of gas to get rid of the old stuff, and I got some Lucas fuel system cleaner I'm gonna use and fill up.

So it was something in the starter connection that was faulty or the starter itself?

Must've been the starter itself

Oh the joys of being young and dumb...today, since I was pouring rain here in Texas i figured it would be a good idea to go mudding. Well, I got stuck. In what seemed like a pond. The water was up to my doors, and it was still raining and so the water started creeping ever higher as time went by. I called everyone I knew and then my friends dad came and pulled me out, but not after having to go back to my house in his truck to get more chains because the 5 he brought didn't reach to the road. Well, while I was in the "lake" I read online on an offroad forum that if you're stuck in water you want to continuously give it gas so that water doesn't flow backwards through the exhaust into your engine, so that's what i did for the 45 minutes i waited for help. I get home after I'm pulled out and my truck seemed fine except for the standing water in my floorboard. I check my oil to see if water made it's way into the engine and sure enough it did. I went to Walmart and bought 3 oil jugs and 3 filters, so tomorrow I'm going to change it, let it idle for 15ish minutes, turn it off to cool, and repeat the process until im out of jugs. Now, I've gotta see if my headgasket is blown because I am unsure if it's water from my moment of stupidity  or coolant/water. Here's a video for yalls enjoyment lol.

EDIT: I figured I'd post it here because, again, I need help.

Don't forget to check your transmission fluid and the differentials.

Especially the differentials. The vent line for those are lower than the floorboard.

Can someone explain to me how water got in the oil? Lowest vent point is the filler cap maybe PCV and dip stick, seems like it would be difficult for water to get in there.

Uhhhh Jamman, the video was from when I was first in there. It continued raining heavily and the water kept rising. Eventually, after having to wait for someone to get me and then having him drive me back to my house to get more chains to reach his truck on the road, the water was almost to the bottom of my shifter boot. I looked in the engine bay for anything that might've gotten wet, and the air filter was wet and there was a little amount of water sitting on the bottom of the plastic housing. That's my best guess as to how the water got inside the engine
