Uhhhh Jamman, the video was from when I was first in there. It continued raining heavily and the water kept rising. Eventually, after having to wait for someone to get me and then having him drive me back to my house to get more chains to reach his truck on the road, the water was almost to the bottom of my shifter boot. I looked in the engine bay for anything that might've gotten wet, and the air filter was wet and there was a little amount of water sitting on the bottom of the plastic housing. That's my best guess as to how the water got inside the engine
