The owners manual in my 2000 4x4 says Extd cab 19.5 gals, Reg cab short wheel base 16.5 gals, Reg cab long wheel base 20.0 gals.

The most I have put into my Reg cab is just over 15 gallons. When the light comes on it is just over 14 gallons. Having a 250-280 mile range on a tank is a bit of a pain. The wife's car has a 490 range.
