Been cooking since about 15 years old. Seen many things.

I was just now cracking an egg, and it had no yolk at all just white.

57 years old and I have never seen that.

Not that uncommon in farm fresh eggs. You can see a lot of weird stuff in farm fresh eggs

That would be called balut in the Philippines.

I have seen a triple yolk but never no yolk. I get about 75% of my eggs a "Farm Fresh" with the slime still on them. The other 25% is store bought and mostly egg white in a box.

The last batch of fresh eggs had 4 brown eggs and 2 very small white eggs with the rest jumbo whites. I will mix a small egg with a large and a equal amount of of egg white for an over easy omelet with onion, peppers, and cheese, sometimes mushrooms.

I've seen double yokes many times especially brown eggs. Yokes are my favorite part of the egg. Never cracked an egg with no yoke.

When Mrs. Big John had chickens, we'd occasionally get a strange egg. Generally, it was when they first started to get old enough to lay and sometimes when they got too old.

Fresh eggs are great... Love 'em. Chickens, on the other hand, are nasty creatures. I miss the eggs, but not the chickens.

Jamman, the first time I had balut in the Phillipines I recall the beak of the bird in my mouth. It was strange, but fortunately I was stranger and didn't let it bother me. Went on to eat more over the years, but now a days, I'll pass on it!

I have never seen a Double Yolker or a No Yolker, ever... funny !

A Triple-Yolker, wow !

There is nothing better than re-cooked Boiled Dinner Hash with a slightly more than over-easy egg on top. You cut the Yolk and it runs all over the hash.

The Hash has to be Browned on both sides, enough to keep to together, a Tripler-Yolker would be the epitome of a runny yolk !

We have ducks that lay double yokers quite frequently.
