 What would a guy ever do with his time if it weren't for the annual "form letter" from a former neighbor of mine arriving in the mail today. Bonus points for the blah blah blah about their kids, which everyone here knows almost as well as I do. :roflmao:



***More great news!!!! After looking at the custom card which had 11 family pics on one side and details about where each of those 11 pics were taken on the other.....I found the words, "Merry Christmas" down at the bottom. Priorities are just that. :-/

As far as losing weight I have lost 50 lbs twice and the key is be aware of every calorie you eat and try to keep it around 1200 calories a day,watch the labels on serving size too.Secondly I am gaining weight again, about 15 lbs I don't need, so going through it again, so willpower is the hard part after you drop the weight.

 When he was little only spanked him once,hurt me more that it did him, I did kick his butt once after he wrecked a 350 engine I had planned on putting in my 62 ChevyII,he made a mistake of tying his shoes and I kicked him square on the ass.LOL! He laughs about it now.
