Merry Christmas everyone! As far as losing weight I have lost 50 lbs twice and the key is be aware of every calorie you eat and try to keep it around 1200 calories a day,watch the labels on serving size too.Secondly I am gaining weight again, about 15 lbs I don't need, so going through it again, so willpower is the hard part after you drop the weight.
