It dropped 600 points in about 90 minutes before it rebounded 125ish points. If they had let it go it would have probably gone down another 500 points by the end of the day. I had FoxBusiness running in the background and they were loosing their minds.

Breath taking one to watch; honestly I'm still surprised something didn't happen sooner. And on this note, not that there won't be more to follow. Both of these thoughts because, I'm sure the Fed absolutely hates any threat of competition with their fiat currency.

* Their was underlined to remind/inform anyone not in the know that the Fed is NOT a US or a Federal gov't bank but rather, it's very much a private one. Gotta keep the Rothschild family happy and filthy rich. :-/

Contemplating heading to the gym now. It's 19F out, snowing. Yesterday and the day before I had the bike out. 40 degree drop in one day.

I pulled a mussel in the bottom of my foot last night. It started off as a foot cramp that I couldn't get to release. I am hobbling around today.

It sucks to get old.

Had to be at work earlier than normal today so I skipped PT...no gym time. Tomorrow I'll do some chest and some cardio.

Yeah I know, everyone gives me crap for working out and trying to bulk up and still doing cardio. I'm a skinny dude, I'll never be buff and I enjoy running. The working out is to just to stay fit and ace my PT test.

John, this old man (me) would send you 50-60 lbs if I knew how. :q

If only it were that easy Mike! I'm 33 years old, 5'9" and I weigh in at about 130lbs.

I pride myself on being able to one up other guys while working out. I'll do one more rep, or run further or faster, or I'll add extra weight to my ruck during a march just so guys wont talk crap about my size. I'm small but I'm pretty fit. So far, I've earned the respect of the larger guys. And the young guys who still cant keep up with me on a run!

Yea, I hear you. Be glad you do not weigh more because when you get older the weight is very hard to get to come off. I am the same height as you but I'm 1 week from 60 years old & 230 lbs.

I'm only 5' 5-1/2" and was topping 200 about 6 months ago which is big at that height.

It doesn't come off as easy any more but I have found activity seems to play a larger roll than food intake. Just watch carbs (bread and the good tasting stuff) and move around more. Carbs have more impact than calories so count carbs not calories. Experience, have tried many methods.

Simply watching carbs and moving around more (during the warm months my wife and myself were walking about 1.5 miles a day briskly and now we have a small workout routine) and I guarantee it will start going away. I'm down to 170 now, hoping to end up at 155 or 160 which technically is still overweight for my height but at 57 I'll take it.

Congrats!  I dropped about 70 pounds, mostly to get my a1c number down.  IT had just crossed into 'diabetic' now it is in the 'normal' range for the last year.

For me, 4 points to loosing weight, being in better shape/
1 - What I eat.  Just choose healthier options.
2 - How much of it I eat.  It's ok to not finish it all, save it for later.
3 - When I eat it.  Cut out eating right before bed.
4 - Get more active.  I go to the gym 5-6 times a week.  20 min cardio, light lifting.

This worked for me and my SO.  Grats on the loss, keep it up!

Good morning all. 50° & intermittent rain all day, supposed to get up to 60° today. Sounds like a work in the garage on the Mustang day.
