I'm only 5' 5-1/2" and was topping 200 about 6 months ago which is big at that height. It doesn't come off as easy any more but I have found activity seems to play a larger roll than food intake. Just watch carbs (bread and the good tasting stuff) and move around more. Carbs have more impact than calories so count carbs not calories. Experience, have tried many methods. Simply watching carbs and moving around more (during the warm months my wife and myself were walking about 1.5 miles a day briskly and now we have a small workout routine) and I guarantee it will start going away. I'm down to 170 now, hoping to end up at 155 or 160 which technically is still overweight for my height but at 57 I'll take it.
