Seems like every survey I come across show that just shy of 50% of Americans in some way/shape/form don't trust police. Corruption, shaved heads (ie, military and at war mindset), abuse of power, intimidation, profiling of all types, the list ins long. Here's a great read about how an innocent man who commit no crime whatsoever had his life savings stolen from him by the police on one of your States.

Ohmaagawd.. its almost as if you knew I'd be one of the first to get on this thread. This is gonna be a great thread I can feel it.. lmfao

Here's the paradox and I will touch on the emotional status and the lawful status of things. Keep in mind a few things.

[a] despite the celebratory years of 241 years in this country, many think that is how old this country is. Far from truth but when this country was under the current Constitution (II version) which we celebrate as July 4th 1776 and that is not even the true date. That was the day it was drafted, the actual holiday should be August 2nd of 1776. To amend it true existence was 300+ years prior of that.
Many of the things this post is going to raise the Q&A of is going to ruin the paradigm we live in as a individual and a collective and I really hope that from it people choose to dig deeper than the first 2 google pages to find some absolute truth and make an informed decision of their own. Use what information you may pull from this as a starting point and validate it yourself with your own due diligence.
[c] REMOVE the thought of and the pursuance of whats being termed horribly as the "Sovereign Citizen" OR "Freeman Movement" if you're Canadian. NOT ONLY is the word "Sovereign Citizen' an oxymoron its contagious to parroted stupidity from across both sides of the aisle. Few know what an actual Citizen is let alone what a free one would mean in relation to it. And with that I'll lead into the summaries..

Emotional summary:
Some of us are old enough to recall far less intrusions in our lives and remember being taught if not by your family, the public-fool system brought officer friendly into the classroom(s) and we were taught that if we had a problem, got scared, or was under threat; Officer friendly was there to "protect, life, liberty, and property".. and we all grew up with more than a just a respect for police officers, we believed they were here for OUR good, the PEOPLES good, to "protect and serve as it would be. The Government, State, Courts, and your Sheriff/Marshalls were put in place to play a role in our lives to protect liberties and property from trespass and THAT IS IT... Nothing else. What your opinions may be reflects nothing to CFR and US Code, and the actual law which is all available as public record.

But here in the next segment we find through Supreme Court rulings however things aren't as we seem.

Lawful Summary:
Opponents who argue "the police will protect you" are a menace to your safety. They are also flat wrong. I am not referring to the overwhelming inability of police to combat crime. Why state the obvious? I am referring to the fact that the police have no duty whatsoever to protect you against criminals. That's not in the job description of 'police officer.' The courts have recognized this fact for over a century.

In 1856, the U.S. Supreme Court (South v. Maryland) found that law enforcement officers had no duty to protect any individual. Their duty is to enforce the law in general. More recently, in 1982 (Bowers v. DeVito), the Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit held, "...there is no Constitutional right to be protected by the state against being murdered by criminals or madmen. It is monstrous if the state fails to protect its residents... but it does not violate... the Constitution." Later court decisions concurred: the police have no duty to protect you.

Police vehicles routinely sport decals proclaiming sentiments such as 'Proud to Serve!' If they aren't there to protect you, the question becomes, "Who are they serving?" The answer is clear: the police department exists to enforce the law. Policemen serve the government, not the people. And uphold the law with total disregard for whether their actions create or prevent violence. For example, if government decides that certain forms of adult consensual crimes must not be tolerated, then the police will draw their guns and barge into otherwise peaceful bedrooms. To uphold an unjust law, they will create violence and victims.

class="Arial10"Those who blithely reassure you about police protection are doubly wrong. Not only is protection not the officers' job, they may well be the ones who victimize you. Jews for the Preservation of Firearm Ownership, correctly observes that the American legal system is based on the English Common Law. The modern American policeman dates back centuries to the role of the English Sheriff, who was paid by and accountable to the government, not the community. As the JPFO states, the main purpose of the Sheriff was the "enforcement of government decisions," such as seizing property. "Maintenance of public order" was of secondary concern. Indeed, if the two concerns collided - as in the enforcement of victimless crime laws - the government invariably won.

Americans revere the romantic Western notion of Marshall Dillon defending the schoolmarm against the Bang-'em-Up gang who swoop down like wolves on the prairie town. But, often, these particular sheriffs were hired by the communities and were responsible to the people there, not to the government. Moreover, the townsfolk themselves routinely owned guns. What Americans are actually revering is an example of a quasi-private police force functioning within an armed society. Unfortunately, this image still benefits the modern state policeman who is routinely glorified by television programs like Cops! Yet these state-employees are the antithesis of the Western sheriff. They are modeled after the British Sheriff - they are responsible only to enforce government policy and they often are the wolves.

If policy makers want to prevent violence, they should disarm the police and encourage gun ownership within the citizenry. There is historical precedent. In his book Frontier Justice, Wayne Gard describes the rampant corruption of politics and police in 1850's San Francisco. Violence soared until the SF vigilante committee revived (1856). Within three months, Gard explains, "San Francisco had only two murders, compared with more than a hundred in the six months before the committee was formed."

At least until erring policemen acknowledge a duty to protect the life and property of individuals, 'the people' en masse ought to say 'no more donuts for you!'

Fast forward to 1990 where the judicial oaths are changed:

Justices & Oaths of Office - "Sec. 8. And be it further enacted, That the justices of the Supreme Court, and the district judges, before they proceed to execute the duties of their respective offices, SHALL take the following oath or affirmation, to wit:

'I, A.B [I.G - Jon Smith].., do solemnly swear or affirm, that I will administer Justice without respect to persons, and do equal right to the poor and to the rich, and that I will faithfully and impartially discharge and perform all the duties incumbent upon me as [I.G.] __District_Judge__  , according to the best of my abilities and understanding, agreeably to the Constitution and laws of the United States. So help me God.' "

Now Pay Attention::

Congress On December 1, 1990, however, in Public Law 101-650, at section 404 thereof, 104 Stat. 5124 -- Effective 90 days later, March 1, 1991 (104 Stat. 5124 at § 407) -- alter material by way of amendment, the oath at 28 U.S.C. § 453, 62 Stat. 907 so as to relive all justices and judges of the united States of any duty or fidelity to the constitution; to wit:

"Sec. 404. Amendment to Oath of Justices and Judges.
"Section 453 of title 28, United States Code, is amended by striking out 'according to the best of my abilities and understanding, agreeably to' and inserting 'under' ". Pub. L., 101--650,104 Stat. 5089, 5124, December 1, 1990.
Upon Amendment, 28 U.S.C. § 453 Oath of justices and judges of the United States, 104 Stat. 5124, provides:

"Each justice or judge of the United States shall take the following oath or affirmation before performing the duties of his office:

'I, A.B [I.G - Jon Smith].., do solemnly swear or affirm, that I will administer Justice without respect to persons, and do equal right to the poor and to the rich, and that I will faithfully and impartially discharge and perform all the duties incumbent upon me as [I.G.] __District_Judge__  , under the Constitution and laws of the United States. So help me God.' "

But....... the only duties incumbent upon justices and judges of the United States to discharge or perform are provided in the STATUTES OF CONGRESS, I.G., the laws of the United States; the Constitution provides none.

the 1990 oath, 104 stat. 5124, severs the connection between the federal judiciary and the Constitution; meaning: As of March 1, 1991, officers of the federal judiciary have no obligation to discharge or perform the duties of their respective offices "agreeably to the Constitution" (62 Stat. 907), and the former judicial-branch officers are now LEGISLATIVE-BRANCH OFFICERS under the exclusive control of congress!

"As we have repeatedly said: 'Federal courts are courts of limited jurisdiction. they possess only that power by Constitution and Statute. . .' " Rasul v. Bush, 542 U.S. 466, 489 (2004)(quoting Kokkonen c guardian Life Ins. Co. of America, 611 U.S. 375, 377(1994) (citations omitted)

The 'United States' you'll find under 28 U.S. Code § 3002 Sec. 15(a) -- (15) “United States” means— (A) a Federal corporation id., by the name of the District of Columbia Municipal Corporation. And is very different from the 'United States Of America' - (a sovereign republic, Constitution)

"plus peccat auctor quam actor. - The instigator of a crime is worse than he who perpetrates it" -- John Bouvier, Bouvier's Law Dictionary, 3rd Rev, p. 2153 -- ...and the instigators of the takeover of the federal courts of limited jurisdiction by MUNICIPAL [emphasis added] judges masquerading as Article III judges and usurping exercise of general jurisdiction throughout the Union, are the Members of Congress.

TREASON !

Justices and judges of the United States have used their position of trust to betray their creators, the American People, by overriding their will as declared at Article VI, Clause 3 of the Constitution, that all judicial officers of the united states shall be bound by oath or affirmation to support the Constitution, and thereby legislating the Constitution out of the legal process; to wit:

"The Congress as the instrumentality of the sovereignty is endowed with certain powers to be exerted on behalf of the people in the manner and with the effect the Constitution ordains.
The Congress cannot invoke the sovereignty power of the people to override their will as thus declared." Perry v. United States, 294 U.S. 330, 353 (1935).

-- 18 U.S. Code § 2381 - Treason
Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than 5 years and be fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.

WHICH SHOULD MEAN: Void Judgements - A void judgement is an utter nullity, of no legal force or effect, and anyone who is concerned with the execution of a void judgement is concerned in law as a trespasser; to wit:

"A void judgement which includes judgements entered by a court . . . lacks inherent power to enter the particular judgement . . . can be attacked at any time, in any court, either directly or collaterally . . . " Long v Shorebank development Corp., 182 F, 3d 548 (C.A. 7 Ill. 1999).

"Where a court has jurisdiction, it has a right to decide any questions which occurs in the cause, and whether its decision be correct or otherwise, its judgements, until reversed, are regarded as binding in every other court. BUT if it act without authority, its judgements and orders are regarded as nullities. They are not voidable, but simply void, and form no bar to a remedy sought in opposition to them, even prior to a reversal. They constitute no justification, and all persons concerned in executing such judgements or sentences are considered in law as trespassers." Elliot v. Peirsol, 26 U.S. (1 pet.) 328, 329 (1828)

"a judgement is void if the court that rendered it . . . acted in a manner inconsistent with due process." Margoles v. Johns, 660 F, 2d 291 (7th Cir. 1981)

So at this time is when the information available and sought after seems to point at a time of when the judicial system is basically turned from a court of Justice, NO longer the blindfolded lady with the scales of justice in one hand and the sword of peace in the other to the revenue generating machine that it is today.

You used to have to break the law in order to have the police become involved and you were innocent until proven guilty. Now all you have to do is non-compliance with their City/County/State statutes which are only given the force of law if it applies to you. Where this becomes absurd is NOT knowing who you are, the citizenry. Are you a US Citizen or are you an American? If we are to apply the same rules of the game that a court applies to us, legally you cannot be both, you are either one or the other LEGALLY.

If the forum allows it, I would love to expound on this  further by the information I've found available in Historical foundations, US Code, CFR, or standing common law. but I can already feel tensions will mount regardless of how much of those I show or cite that is clear EVIDENCE and not OPINION as proof.

Sorry so long but this is just one of those topics that needs more than commentary, it needs evidence, definitions, burden of proof, and discussion of considerate and level headed people. At the very most, the attempt of all above are what Government will fear most which is why there is so much animosity between the discussions of politics, law, and religion. If we were all to discover the opportunity to all be on the same page, they would lose their power.

There is a saying in the legal system. False in one, False in all..

EDIT: Just to add that its not that I myself have so much disdain for the badge but when I try to argue the good officers out there then I am reminded of the "thin Blue Line" which is a blatant disregard unto the people as a whole because what that represents and shows the people is the "brotherhood" of the badge is more important than YOUR liberties or property and at any cost to protect that "thin blue line" it is far few and way far between when you see an officer turn on his own and when it happens, that (Wo)Man is likely forced to leave that life in search of new one. Which is more than what the typical policy enforcer cares to do thus making the good cops just as guilty by association as the bad cops. I mean lets be honest here If you were getting pulled over and your driver or passenger had a record that made them look dirty, do you think you aren't going to be looked at, treat as, or dealt with the same?

The officer of today is NO longer officer friendly, they are generally Officer/Iraq Veterans, they are Afghanistan Veterans, they are Desert Storm Veterans and between improper training programs I vehemently believe these guys have forgot what war they're fighting and where.

When you see the Veterans Today Association printing and publicizing articles such as; All Wars are Bankers' Wars and you start to make all the links and connection of dots that the reason why we are in the middle east to begin with is purely a hostile financial takeover & control. History proves this, actions prove this, and I'm sure I'm even missing information to further my points. If nothing should make many and all question just exactly why we were at war?

If you read the article above, look at some further facts.

1871 - The ACT of 1871 made this country officially a Federal Corporation, and no longer just the land mass known as The United States Of America. If you look into US 28 3002 Sec 15[a] and see the Definition of the United States is; a federal corporation.
1913 - Federal reserve put in place, NEW excise taxes put in place, Note we made it 300+ years making roads, cities, schools, controlled a Navy and an Army without anyone paying taxes with exceptions of investments and donations as patriots investing into the country.
1914 - WWI begins
1918 - WWI Ends
1921 - Federal Reserve replaced by what became the IMF [International Monetary Fund] a private bank, the Federal reserve is NOT a part of the US government any more than FedEx.
1929 - The demise of the near decade of prosperty inturn develops into;
1930 - Great depression; a story in that of itself, don't believe the one you were taught in school, same as the Civil War.
1933 - Teddy Roosevelt takes the United states off the gold standard.
1934 - Great depression ends
1935 - Social Security Tax created/Also Birth certificates become pushed into use.
The US was (and is) a mess to understand. Some states started VOLUNTARY civil registrations in 1867. Not many people were willing to pay the 20 cents to register a child if they didn't have to. Again, it was only entry into a large book, not paper certificates. Some states started keeping the records in the early 1900s. In the Southwest and Deep South, you'll be lucky to find birth records kept before 1935.

Mandatory registration in the US didn't happen until WWII. It was about that time that paper certificates were issued to doctors and midwives to fill out, sign and return to the County. It also coincided with a number of Alien Registration laws. But if you didn't have a birth certificate after that date, you didn't have to worry as there were a number of other routes you could go to get a passport or file retirement papers. It was a matter of convenience to get a birth certificate, but not necessary. If you didn't have your birth registered when you were a baby, you could also go back and apply for delayed registration.
1937 - Social security tax collected Nationwide for the very first time
1939 - WWII Started / Great depression ends
1945 - WWII Ends
1950 - Korean war Starts
1953 - Korean War - Ends on a cease Fire, Technically we are still and have been at war with North Korea since.
1954 - Despite the 13th amendment freeing slaves [You look up the word "Emancipation" and it means a change of ownership] Segregation is public schools is deemed unconstitutional.
1956 - Interstate Hwy System signs the Federal Highway aid ACT
1957 - Congress approves first civil rights [means privileges, if you weren't able to exercise them as rights before and someone comes and tells you that now you are allowed to, that's not a right, that's a privilege because a right cannot be given or taken away only a privilege can] bill since reconstruction
1960 - The 50 Star flag is debuted in Philadelphia, PA
1961 -
The Bay of Pigs invasion of Cuba is repulsed by Cuban forces in an attempt by Cuban exiles under the direction of the United States government to overthrow the regime of Fidel Castro.
1962 -
The Cuban Missile Crises begins. In response to the Soviet Union building offensive missiles in Cuba, President John F. Kennedy orders a naval and air blockade of military equipment to the island. An agreement is eventually reached with Soviet Premier Khrushchev on the removal of the missiles, ending the potential conflict after thirty-eight days, in what many think was the closest the Cold War came to breaking into armed conflict.
1963 - The Civil Rights march on Washington, D.C. for Jobs and Freedom culminates with Dr. Martin Luther King's famous "I Have a Dream" speech from the steps of the Lincoln Memorial. Over 200,000 people participated in the march for equal rights.
1964 - The Tonkin Resolution is passed by the United States Congress, authorizing broad powers to the president to take action in Vietnam after North Vietnamese boats had attacked two United States destroyers five days earlier.
1965 - President Lyndon B. Johnson orders the continuous bombing of North Vietnam below the 20th parallel.
1966 - Medicare, the government medical program for citizens over the age of 65, begins.
1971 - Somewhere in there Nixon takes the world off of the Gold & silver standards and introduces the "Petro"- Dollar

There's a lot more to history I just highlighted some talking points but the Petro dollar is completely and utterly based upon the fact that the people of the middle East had no way of getting the oil out of the ground and we did. The promise that we would pump it out of the ground and in exchange for creating their wealth, they would make sure that all currencies used to purchase said oil would be FIRST converted to US Dollars. Now does it make sense why we have them squabbling and fighting amongst themselves while we continue to engage in Commerce as though nothing is happening? IF WE LOST that we would start the unraveling of the WORLDS economic features as we are less than 5% of the worlds Population and we use 27% of its resources. If we lost the death grip on the petro dollar, according to the math the economic shift would result in likely a total replacement of the worlds monetary systems based on beliefs and faith since only a few are stocking up on gold and silver which many make fun of in some capacities as tin-foil hat wearers but the Math doesnt lie.

I am sure this all seems irrelevant and years ago, i'd be the first to say so myself even but in reality what we're witnessing in this time is a what they call an apocalypse - Which means an unveiling not the end of the world as its contextually used often and misconstrued as. The drawstrings are being pulled tighter and the people are NOW taking notice and everything connects to another dot and comes full circle, everything. Sadly its gonna get worse I believe too. I myself am already worried about 2020 election and what it will bring.

I hear of a man from Michigan being groomed to run for president in 2020 and his roots are deeply seated in all things worse than Obama administration. Time will tell.

His name is Abdul El-Sayed. He is 32 years old, born in the USA , and an extremely well educated Muslim Doctor in Detroit Michigan... Watch, he is a known agent of George Soros which should give you a bad feeling already.

I would like to see this expanded upon. I also think that our government can only hold onto it's power by keeping us divided.

Here is one real story..

Mind you the federal Government is NOT lawfully allowed to own property, ONLY territory. Once it has become a State, it is no longer the property of the Federal Government. The ONLY thing that the Federal Government is allowed to own is that 10 Sq miles called the District Of Columbia, Guam. Virgin & Canary Islands, and Puerto Rico.. And I may be missing one. but those are ALL US territories and ALL they are limited to have authority in.

When I talk to people, I cant re enforce the thoughts of learning exactly what "Property and trespass" really are in the legal sense.

This is also why I bring up what a US citizen is.. Before you make the forward decision of making the assumed choice that you want to be a 14th amendment Citizen you should read the 14th amendment carefully with a legal dictionary at hand. If we take into consideration that we are under Roman Catholic law as everything clearly points to evidence of that. If we take the definition of "Citizen" from them you will find that a;

Citizen - is a member of a body of politic to which pledges his allegiance in exchange for protection.
So as I pointed out earlier in the threads. If the State "has NO statutory duty to protect you as made clear BY the Supreme Court Ruling in 1856. Can you really still be a citizen? And if the State doesnt have any Citizens.. It must NOT have a body of politic which leads to their actually being NO State. If we use logic anyhow.

The State is NOT a geo-location, its an ACT of Congress written on a piece of paper which means EVERY TIME you went to court and the Judge says the State of  ___________ as the plaintiff, NOT ONE did any of you ever initiate YOUR RIGHT to demand to the court on record, your RIGHT to face your accuser, and/or cross examine them and their witnesses, NOR did you pay mind to invoke your right to a jury trial for ANYTHING over $20 did you?

Whats considered the norm has been a subtle change over time to take away our liberties and property.

Texas is the ONLY state that offers allodial title of property. That means its yours a 100% - Below/and above, mineral and water. NO WHERE else in the US allows you to own real property, Which is why ALL states jumped on the eminent domain bandwagon. YOU'RE considered a tenant on your property even if your house is paid for. My belief is that because as they say you truly never own anything in this life. When the owners of the Banks come to collect all of THEIR property.. they don't want their asses or heads shot off. THAT'S why you see such a huge grab of guns by those interested in that "socialist" form of government. What people dont understand is that the "Socialist" ideology is basically Marxism, they admit it which is communism. The reason WHY they want everything equal is because THAT'S WHAT COMMUNISM is..!

If you're in doubt, you should read up on not only Marxism but further into what certain groups are holding as particular mentors and historical hero's.

I don't claim or identify to any political party, NOR am I any longer registered as a voter anymore. I stepped away from the illusion of choice. The modern political party system in the U.S. is a two-party system dominated by the Democratic Party and the Republican Party. These two parties have won every United States presidential election since 1852 and have controlled the United States Congress to some extent since at least 1856. There are OVER 25 political parties in the US believe it or not.

There are times that I wonder if I'll wake up one morning, sit down to skim the news (skim, a keyword because the way to get more of busy peoples attention is to grab it in the first few lines, keep it short, sweet, and focused, use carefully chosen words, lure them in quickly but leave them craving/begging for info and let them do just that) see a Federal Building bombed (like, OKC) and eventually a member here and/or one from another Ranger site will be behind bars, lol!

Ummmm... I invoke my right under the Fifth Amendment not to answer, on the grounds I may incriminate myself... LMAO

Nah, theres a level way to do things right without harming others, the   the Bundys went through and at the loss of property, family and friends never once threatened anyone, pulled a gun on anyone. They knew the law(s) and so did the Federal Government and yet the ONLY ones who went by the rules was the Bundy's.. The Federal Government and its alphabet soup agencies dont even go by their own laws which again perpetuates the the constant threat of violence and or coercion used by them to get what they want. This country is FAR behind as Sheriff David Clarke suggested from raising up its Pitch-forks, torches, and AR's... And I have to agree.

Government was NEVER designed to be this big, the founding fathers knew it, the government itself knows it, and we're among a mass majority of people with their heads up their asses because why be the nation we once were when everything is a hand out or a subsidy? Why farm [work] all we can to better ourselves when someone will pay you almost NOT to work.

In the last decade or so, they don' even hide this much anymore from the obvious, hence why you don't see specific people in jail yet...

Some interesting videos to watch.

"Most of what you think you know about our Constitution (and government) is wrong."

Long time historian, author, trainer and public speaker, Michael Badnarik addresses the sheriffs in attendance Monday morning. He explains to the over one hundred sworn officers in the room how what they think they know about the Constitution and Bill of Rights may not be entirely accurate...Michael Badnarik: Rattling the Sheriffs' Cages About the Constitution

NOTE: "The post event feedback surveys clearly indicated that this kind of training on the Constitution was the number one component that sheriffs wanted more of. "

"On January 30-31, 2012 over 100 county sheriffs and peace officers, from over 30 states, united to uphold their oaths of office, protect citizen liberty, and stop state and federal tyranny. Inspired and led by the example of former Graham County Arizona Sheriff Richard Mack, the meeting, which was held in Las Vegas, was funded by the generous donations of thousands of Americans from all fifty states, as well as the support of freedom loving sponsors.  The agenda included training on the Bill of Rights, Interposition, Nullification and the importance of Property Rights versus Privileges.  Many sheriffs, a police chief and even a county commissioner shared their experiences, challenges and actions taken to uphold their oaths of office, directly with the sheriffs in attendance."

There are longer versions of these 1-43 videos which are all about 6-9 mins long so you can watch them as you can. At least if you are going to use the Constitution to defend yourself you should know what you're talking about or get a education on it specifically..

Michael Badnarik's Constitution Class 1 of 43

"In the early eighties Michael Badnarik started his career as a computer programmer at an Illinois nuclear power plant. For the past twenty years he has continued this professional course, but during this time he became interested and frustrated with politics. As a result, in 1983 Badnarik began studying the IRS and then the constitution.

He had since condensed his 18 years of research into a short eight hour course that he would teach in a lecture format. It included some of the fundamentals on our rights and the foundations of our republic. A video recording of one of the classes has been made and you can watch it here.."

Thoughts I found in some research to expand closer to the topic.. Personality Traits;

Would you want the job of window washer in a big city, if you are afraid of heights?

What type of personality do you think would want a job where you can order people around, point guns at them if they don't obey your commands, and kill them if they decide they're not going to go gently into a cage?

n. pl. police
1. (used with a pl. verb)
a. A body of government employees trained in methods of law enforcement and crime prevention and detection and authorized to maintain the peace, safety, and order of the community.
b. A body of persons with a similar organization and function: campus police. Also called police force.

Free Dictionary[/url]

These dictionary points are good starting points for deeper examination of what the police are because there is more to the points then meets the eye (or mind) at first glance.

As the dictionary definition claims, the people called police are trained in law enforcement. This is why they are also called Law Enforcement Officers and are members of the police force.
The main tool that those called police will use to enforce law is extortion. Do what the cop tells you to do, when he tells you to do it, or the cop will hurt you.
The cop's extortion starts when the cop is made aware that you refuse to obey the politician's opinions. These opinions are called the law. [We will revisit this later]

When the cop is made aware that you didn't obey the politician it is then the cop's job to put you in a cage. This is called being arrested.
If you resist the commands of those called police they will use escalating levels of violence against you until you comply or are dead. This is called the The Use of Force Continuum.

Or more accurately the Use of Violence Continuum.

Or more accurately the Use of Violence Continuum.
The Use-of-Force Continuum

Most law enforcement agencies have policies that guide their use of force. These policies describe a escalating series of actions an officer may take to resolve a situation. This continuum generally has many levels, and officers are instructed to respond with a level of force appropriate to the situation at hand, acknowledging that the officer may move from one part of the continuum to another in a matter of seconds.
  • Officer Presence — No force is used. Considered the best way to resolve a situation.
    • The mere presence of a law enforcement officer works to deter crime or diffuse a situation.
    • Officers' attitudes are professional and nonthreatening.
  • Verbalization — Force is not-physical.
    • Officers issue calm, nonthreatening commands, such as "Let me see your identification and registration."
    • Officers may increase their volume and shorten commands in an attempt to gain compliance. Short commands might include "Stop," or "Don't move."
  • Empty-Hand Control — Officers use bodily force to gain control of a situation.
    • Soft technique. Officers use grabs, holds and joint locks to restrain an individual.
    • Hard technique. Officers use punches and kicks to restrain an individual.
  • Less-Lethal Methods — Officers use less-lethal technologies to gain control of a situation.
    • Blunt impact. Officers may use a baton or projectile to immobilize a combative person.
    • Chemical. Officers may use chemical sprays or projectiles embedded with chemicals to restrain an individual (e.g., pepper spray).
    • Conducted Energy Devices (CEDs). Officers may use CEDs to immobilize an individual. CEDs discharge a high-voltage, low-amperage jolt of electricity at a distance.
  • Lethal Force — Officers use lethal weapons to gain control of a situation. Should only be used if a suspect poses a serious threat to the officer or another individual.
    • Officers use deadly weapons such as firearms to stop an individual's actions.
National Institute Of Justice (dot) Gov

Which brings me further in detail of my previous posts of NO DUTY TO PROTECT.

The dictionary definition claims that the purpose of the police is crime prevention, and to maintain peace, safety, and order. This dictionary definition does not account for what the law and the courts have to say on this matter.
South v. MarylandPottle is a person who asked Sheriff South for protection. The Sheriff did not provide the protection. The original lower court case was a suit for damages done to Pottle because the Sheriff did not provide specifically requested assistance and protection.
South v. Maryland, 59 U.S. 396 (1855)

Where, in an action upon a sheriff's bond, the declaration did not charge the sheriff with a breach of his duty in the execution of any writ or process in which the real plaintiff was personally interested, but with a neglect or refusal to preserve the public peace, in consequence of which the plaintiff suffered great wrong and injury from the unlawful violence of a mob, the declaration did not set forth a sufficient cause of action against the sheriff and his sureties.
[...]
The breach alleged is, in substance,
"that while Pottle was engaged about his lawful business, certain evil-disposed persons came about him, hindered and prevented him, threatened his life, with force of arms demanded of him a large sum of money, and imprisoned and detained him for the space of four days, and until he paid them the sum of $2,500 for his enlargement."

That South, the sheriff, being present, the plaintiff, Pottle, applied to him for protection and requested him to keep the peace of the State of Maryland, he, the said sheriff, having power and authority so to do. That the sheriff neglected and refused to protect and defend the plaintiff and to keep the peace, wherefore, it is charged, "the sheriff did not well and truly execute and perform the duties required of him by the laws of said state," and thereby the said writing obligatory became forfeited and action accrued to the plaintiff.
[...]
The declaration in the case before us is clearly not within the principles of these decisions. It alleges no special individual right, privileges, or franchise in the plaintiff from the enjoyment of which he has been restrained or hindered by the malicious act of the sheriff, nor does it charge him with any misfeasance or nonfeasance in his ministerial capacity in the execution of any process in which the plaintiff was concerned. Consequently we are of opinion that the declaration sets forth no sufficient cause of action.

Justia

In common speech no sufficient cause of action means the suit for damages caused by the sheriff failing to protect the plaintiff is dismissed for lack of standing.
The court listed the Sheriff's legal duties in the full text. (Available at the Justia link.) The Plaintiff did not have standing to sue the Sheriff because the Sheriff did not have a legal duty to protect the Plaintiff.
Warren v. District of Columbia Warren telephoned the police, told the officer on duty that the house was being burglarized, and requested immediate assistance. There was no police assistance or protection given.
When the criminals found out that there were two more women in the house they then forced all three women, at knifepoint, to accompany them to one of the criminals' apartment. For fourteen hours three women were held captive, raped, robbed, beaten, forced to commit sexual acts upon each other, and made to submit to the sexual demands of two rapists.
Warren v. District of Columbia 444 A.2d 1 (1981)

Appellants Carolyn Warren, Miriam Douglas, and Joan Taliaferro in No. 79-6, and appellant Wilfred Nichol in No. 79-394 sued the District of Columbia and individual members of the Metropolitan Police Department for negligent failure to provide adequate police services. The respective trial judges held that the police were under no specific legal duty to provide protection to the individual appellants and dismissed the complaints for failure to state a claim upon which relief could be granted.
[...]
After rearguments, notwithstanding our sympathy for appellants who were the tragic victims of despicable criminal acts, we affirm the judgments of dismissal.
[...]
In either case, it is easy to condemn the failings of the police. However, the desire for condemnation cannot satisfy the need for a special relationship out of which a duty to specific persons arises. In neither of these cases has a relationship been alleged beyond that found in general police responses to crimes. Civil liability fails as a matter of law.
[...]
The Court, however, does not agree that defendants owed a specific legal duty to plaintiffs with respect to the allegations made in the amended complaint for the reason that the District of Columbia appears to follow the well-established rule that official police personnel and the government employing them are not generally liable to victims of criminal acts for failure to provide adequate police protection.

Justia

"The well-established rule"... Well, since 1855 that is.
DeShaney v. Winnebago The father beat a 4-year-old so severely that he fell into a life-threatening coma. Emergency brain surgery revealed a series of hemorrhages caused by traumatic injuries to the head inflicted over a long period of time.
DeShaney v. Winnebago Cty. DSS, 489 U.S. 189 (1989):

A State's failure to protect an individual against private violence generally does not constitute a violation of the Due Process Clause, because the Clause imposes no duty on the State to provide members of the general public with adequate protective services.

Justia

Castle Rock v. Gonzales The mother called the police when her children were noticed missing from the yard outside the home. After police were notified that the father had the daughters without permission contrary to a court order of reasonable notice to the mother the children were found inside the cab of the father's pickup truck dead, murdered by the father.
CASTLE ROCK V. GONZALES 545 U.S.748 (2005)

We decide in this case whether an individual who has obtained a state-law restraining order has a constitutionally protected property interest in having the police enforce the restraining order when they have probable cause to believe it has been violated.
[...]
We conclude, therefore, that respondent did not, for purposes of the Due Process Clause, have a property interest in police enforcement of the restraining order against her husband.

Justia

The court ruled that Jessica Gonzales did not have a right to expect police protection for herself or her three daughters.
Statutory Law California, Illinois, and New Jersey tell the same truth in no uncertain terms.
Stated in California Code 845:

Neither a public entity nor a public employee is liable for failure to establish a police department or otherwise to provide police protection service or, if police protection service is provided, for failure to provide sufficient police protection service.
Stated in 745 Illinois Compiled Statute 10/4-102:

Neither a local public entity nor a public employee is liable for failure to establish a police department or otherwise provide police protection service or, if police protection service is provided, for failure to provide adequate police protection or service, failure to prevent the commission of crimes, failure to detect or solve crimes, and failure to identify or apprehend criminals.
Stated in New Jersey Revised Statute 59:5-4:

Neither a public entity nor a public employee is liable for failure to provide police protection service or, if police protection service is provided, for failure to provide sufficient police protection service.
Do you still believe that the police force exists to protect you?
Given this new information, why do the criminals called government want to control gun ownership?
And the criminals called government will use any excuse to take your guns away from you.

Internet search for "Police confiscating guns in New Orleans"

Police Funding The dictionary definition states that the people called the police are 'government' employees.
I will point out that these 'government' employees are paid by the 'government' out of 'government' funds.
Where do these 'government' funds come from? From you of course. These funds are collected from you under Threat, Duress, and Coercion. Whether by so called taxation or by so called traffic fines, extortion in either case, you are forced to pay for the very same police who have no duty to protect you.
Get a speeding or parking ticket, go to court, and you will be faced by a criminal called a judge, a criminal called a prosecutor, and a criminal called a police officer. Why do I list them all as criminals? Because they all belong to the same crime syndicate. They are all paid by the 'government' out of 'government' funds. When their collusion finds you guilty, you fine goes into their treasure chest funding further criminal actions against the populace.
The judge is the biggest criminal because if you challenge getting a fair trial when the judge, the prosecutor, and the cop work for the entity called 'government', the judge will tell you that there is no conflict of interest.

Smarts Discrimination Court rules, It's okay to discriminate based on too much intelligence.
UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT

No. 99-9188
Robert Jordan, Plaintiff,
-vs-
City of New London and Keith Harrigan, Defendants.

Plaintiff alleges a violation of the Equal Protection Clauses of the United States and Connecticut constitutions stemming from Defendants' hiring practice. Plaintiff was denied a job opportunity because he had scored higher than average on a written examination used to screen applicants and, as a result, was deemed overqualified for the position.
[...]
On March 16, 1996, Plaintiff took a written test for the position of entry level police officer given by the Law Enforcement Council of Connecticut, Inc.[...]

In the fall of 1996, Plaintiff learned that New London was hiring police officers. He requested an interview with Keith Harrigan, the Assistant City Manager in charge of personnel. Id. at P 10, 11. Mr. Harrigan informed Plaintiff that he was ineligible because he scored too high on the written test.

For the foregoing reasons, Defendants' motion for summary judgment is granted.

With thanks to for having the court case online.

No Good Cops

A cop's job is to enforce the laws. All the laws. Even the laws that the cops know are wrong, unfair, immoral, and / or victimize those being governed.

Therefore, there are no good cops.

There have been assertions made by police supporters that it's only a few bad cops. If that is the case, then why are the supposedly good cops doing nothing while one of their own brutalizes people who are no threat to the cops?
Police Brutality Videos as found on DuckDuckGo.

Lots to think about in the sense of logic or socratic thought.

Stormfront? Never heard of it what is that?

And that's funny but I'm sure they'd see you/that coming in that limo job.. Pretty wise to that scenario I'm sure. But even that story has a   load of holes in it and was a false flag event before they were termed that, I'm sure of it.

The violence doesnt really do much but take the two steps forward "The People" try to get back and then through legislative matters not only does it get pushed back 3 steps but pins horrible labels and actions on the standings of redress & remedy and just lumps us further and further into to disgruntled parties as we think now in a divided country.

Meanwhile the establishment takes away more rights in true darwinian aspects and a little at a time more and more, constantly attacking & denting the family units and your wallets because its going to the private corporations known as the Courts, City, County, State.. etc All of those things which we take for granted that they are here for us is self denial and just becomes accusatory to those who have stumbled upon the one thing that screws them over and then they start investigating things further themselves and truly find the dots being connected in a way that shifts their paradigms from what they thought they knew.. At some point we all from time to time become distraught over our own blindness or ignorance for that matter in some cases about what we don't know or understand.

Violence only begets more violence or tighter restrictions and liberties being stripped away and the MORE paranoid the worse the reactions are to do so. You can clearly see the evidence of that in those that are hardcore SJW or Demoncrats and even the Rhino's and some republicans fold under the pressure. Those in control of making things happen pay a LOT of money to set things up as best as they can. For example, Look at the BLM and the ANTIFA groups. Amazing how professional the signage they use is even? and how much of it there is, not just at an incident or two near one another even but nationwide. Someones paying for all that and to boot, you must find someone whose either so greedy that they dont care what they are printing up for you (generalization) or they have the same beliefs as what you (again generalization) what your pushing KNOWING the outcomes can or will be violent..

None of that   makes any sense. And the approach most people take is the emotional lashing out which as I stated above just makes other look bad or worse than the other group of evil doers. Pick your poison cause to be honest, if you thought this last election was a cluster- , wait until 2020. And one year is already gone on Mr trumps behalf that everyone thinks is the savior of this country while the other half thinks he's Satan's right hand man.

There are better options and violence just isnt it, its gonna incite a 2nd Civil war and there are people that are interested in seeing if that will happen and pushing for it.

Growing up in Detroit for 35+ years and moving back to SoCal in 09' and immediately you become immersed in racial tensions that are off the chart. its no wonder why California hasn't just gone to pitchforks and torches towards one another just to release the animosity. Hispanics don't like black folk, black folk don't like white people, the white people are presumed to not like anyone darker than the shade of snow. We all squabble and fight among one another, meanwhile whupppps.,, there goes another right and then another right turned into some half ass privileged item that you pay yet another fee (Excise Tax) for.

Mental Addendum: There are a LOT of nut-nuts out there in the world. Some full on and some just with certain beliefs or odd like behaviors. There is also just as many people out there putting misinformation or half baked truths out there to spike the clarity of information. Sadly most people are either too lazy to search beyond the first 4 pages of Google searches or "scan" the information and by scan meaning they scan for some appropriate words and then take THAT as a whole meaning rather than scan for key and relevant words and study the material offered and through some research come to a conclusion by definition and accuracy to make an informed decision and then end up being of ALL THINGS.. Youtube stars doing dumb  .

Half of my friends and networking contacts are either past/current LEO's or Military personnel, I know some federal agents as well Sheriff's and most of them I engage in intelligent debates and some others not so much because they're too far gone. The differences in the two groups is the first group is interested in knowing more to make a change in their communities, the latter because "its all about the rush."

I try not to post things outside of my "opinion" that arent cited by case law, Law itself, or other means of justification. And as you know from another site, I purposely quoted and cited in black & white the actual state laws on a topic in a particular State and people lost their damn minds and accused me of all sorts of things rather than look at the information presented, VERIFYING it, and then coming back with intelligent conversation. Nope, I was the lunatic, even though I SHOWED the "Written Law" of that State from the States OWN .gov sites and publicly available recording of the Vehicle Code..

Nope.. I was still a Lunatic lose on the site and I know there are a few guys that recall that post because every so often, there's a little jeer about it. It's ok.
Be going on 4 years soon, 2 different States, still no registration on my vehicle, no problems other than the one incident which was expected to happen when those individuals didn't even know the law themselves. Since then my case has been stuck in limbo; apparently they are still "looking at it"..

Slightly off topic but relevant by language. Listen to whats really being said here about compulsory actions vs. the rights of people [1st, 4th, 5th amendments] and how easy, no matter how simple or the intent your rights are subversively removed or stepped on and people simply just - go with the flow.

Lets add more evidence...

After you watch it, and in full view of all that it implies---- get moving and shaking.

The "Shadow Government" is purely and simply all the federal agencies taken together.  These Agencies came into existence between 1900 and 1940 for the most part, with a few being added over the years since then.  We call them the "alphabet soup" agencies because of the acronyms used to name these entities: FBI, FEMA, IRS, BATF, BLM, DHS, etc.

None of these entities are authorized by our government to exist, much less are they authorized to exercise governmental authority of any kind in our behalf. They are not specifically authorized to operate on our soil. but have only been allowed to do so as subcontractors of the federal government corporations which have farmed out their responsibilities to subsidiaries.

I repeat--- these entities are not part of the actual government at all and never have been.
They are subcontractors and/or franchises and/or subsidiaries working for parent corporations, in the same way that Dairy Queen, Inc. might own its own dairies or contract for services from a paper products company to make all its cardboard lunch boxes and paper cups.

THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT, INC.---which is a private, foreign corporation -- owns and operates both the BLM and FBI.  These entities are in the business of providing "governmental services" ---they are not the government.

The BLM is supposed to be acting as a property manager in behalf of the people of this country, taking care of our public lands in a proprietary capacity, that is, not as an owner but as a caretaker-for-hire.

So imagine the situation?

You hire these yahoos to take care of your land and they do rotten illegal things with it, they deprive you of your use of it, they lord it over you and act as if they own it ---- and when you protest this bad behavior and call them on it, they pretend that they don't know who you are or what your interest is, and they draw guns on you and trespass on your private property and arrest you under false pretenses and color of law.

And they sit around and plot and conspire against you as if you were the "enemy" instead of the actual heir and owner of the land, and they tell ugly jokes and threaten your family and rustle your cattle--- all while taking their paychecks out of your pocket and making money off their misadministration of your assets.

In the case of the Bundys, the BLM and FBI are "sister organizations" run under the auspices of the same federal parent corporation doing business as THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT, INC. --- which is not our government, but merely a foreign for-profit corporation operating under a deliberately deceptive name.

This is a situation where a whole "family" of commercial corporations was involved and had conflicts of interest that were not apparent to the public---  the FBI was called in to protect the interests of the BLM because both organizations are owned and run by the same parent corporation---  and so the FBI had a decided, non-disclosed,and self-interested motive to back up every claim the BLM made.

In other words, the FBI and BLM colluded and conspired against the Bundys, like two families working for the same Mafia Don.
And, bear in mind, these are gangs with guns acting under color of law pretending to "represent" our government, when in fact they are just for-profit corporate contractors hired as subcontractors to do work for us, acting as armed thugs.

So they have abused the actual property owners, violated their constitutional guarantees, physically abused them, stolen their property, trespassed on their land, used guns paid for with the Bundy's own money to threaten them, and continued to take their paychecks from the Bundy's taxes and from rents and fees coming in from the Bundy's public land assets, kept them under false arrest and cost them unknown thousands of dollars and years in jail----all under color of law.

How's that for "service"?

What has followed is a three year nightmare of abuse of power, false arrest, conspiracy against the actual Constitution and against the actual land owners---- all done to them by their own run amok and misdirected and ignorant employees.

The unlawful prosecution --- and persecution --- of the Bundys is coming to an end.  I can hardly wait for the prosecution of the actual criminals to begin.

For starters, I think the Bundys and their friends should have the pleasure of firing every man and woman employed by the BLM and FBI and State of Nevada court system, who took any part in any of this.

NOT that we give a   what the Blue helmets are saying, they really have little room to talk the little blue headed rapist ! But the backstory is worth mentioning. Again I bring up the point of if there were good cops, why aren't they the ones turning in their buddies? Bad Cops by association that's why..

In other GREAT news: Judge declares mistrial in case against rancher Cliven Bundy, sons and militiaman

Another likely reason why people distrust the police and further why they should... Since 2016 mind you they've added this.

Asset Forfeiture

As if civil asset forfeiture, where police can seize your property without having to prove you actually committed a crime, wasn't contentious enough already, a new device allows the Oklahoma Highway Patrol to steal money directly from your bank account — on the spot.
And it's already in use.

The Electronic Recovery and Access to Data Machine, known by the acronym ERAD, can scan your bank account and prepaid cards, giving OHP instant access to the balance — and the funds — if a trooper believes the money is tied to a crime. OHP rolled out 16 ERAD devices in May, and unsurprisingly, has already employed the technology.

You don't even have to be charged with a crime to be a victim of these badge-wearing armed robbers — which makes OHP's new ERAD device an astonishing prospect.

“We're gonna look for different factors in the way that you're acting,” Oklahoma Highway Patrol Lt. John Vincent told local News 9. “We're gonna look for if there's a difference in your story. If there's some way that we can prove that you're falsifying information to us about your business.”

Its NONE of your business, its MY business.   your Guilty until proven innocent warped bullshit..

Brings back a few memories from the movie, Minority Report. If you saw it, you know what it's about, and if you didn't then hint: it's not about minorities at all but rather, in some ways, it was a glimpse into the future that we now live in.........today. ALPR's for example. :-/

Agreed... we're in the world of the "Thought-Police" and sensitivity trains...
