 Michael, I forgot to answer your question about the stove, it is a Frigidaire with air fry. Half the appliances are Frigidaire, & the other half are G.E.

 I didn't even know they made such a combination.  It looks a LOT like a JennAir range we had about 15 years ago.  You could grill steaks and such, just like an outdoor grill.  Had a downdraft venting system that pulled smoke out down through a duct in the floor under the range.  Wife HATED it.  I bought her a new range and sold the JennAir for $150.  The dude at work got a heck of a deal!  Our new appliances are Amana (range, over-range microwave and dishwasher.  Our refrigerator is a Whirlpool that we bought about a year ago, so they don't quite match, although they are all stainless steel.

 The air fry is a new thing in stoves. All the appliances are black stainless steel which was my wife's choice.

 Not sure about your area, but the black stainless is stupid expensive here.  So, we stuck with the regular, fingerprint resistant (yeah, right) stainless.  I really like the look of the black stainless.

 OK everyone, my wife & I are back from a weeks vacation at our other house in southern Virginia. This time around other people were doing the hard work & I did lightweight stuff. On Saturday 3 guys laid the finished floor in the kitchen & dinning room, on Monday a large crew of guys replaced all the windows & the sliding glass door to the back deck, & on Tuesday 2 guys installed the granite counter tops. I removed the ceiling fan from the dinning room & installed a chandelier, removed the old light fixture in the kitchen & installed a new one, & installed the vent hood over the stove. On Monday we had to run out to a auto parts store to buy a tail light bulb for my wife's Explorer & there was a furniture store right next door, so we went over for a look & ended up buying a sofa & dinning room table.

We could not put the cabinets all the way to the ceiling because it is plaster & is not completely flat & my wife wants a molding where the wall meets the ceiling.

 Congratulations.  I hope the market in NJ is like it is here. Two houses in my neighborhood just sold. One for $38k over asking price and the other for $53K over asking price.  

The value of my home has increased 52% in value the past 2 years.  I am trying to convince the wife that we need to put everything into storage, sell the house, and go live in the family beach condo in Florida until the housing market readjusts.  I figure the housing bubble is about to peak within the next year and it will pop a year or two after the peak. It is a hard sell going from a 2600 sqft house to a 850 sqft king suite with a kitchenette for a year or two.

Week and a half.  Sold it yet?  Around here they can get offer over the asking price within hours of going on the market.  Crazy!  Not looking forward to when I buy my next one.  It's going to be a small cottage attached to a huge garage.

 Things are getting a little crazier now that moving day is getting closer, good thing we are almost all packed up. We are renting a 15 ft U Haul truck & a car trailer so we can move my wife's motorcycle & my Mustang in a couple weeks. Then as soon as we return from moving our toys to the new house the movers will be here the next day to pick up our stuff, & it will take them 3-5 days to get to our new house in Virginia. Once they are done packing up our stuff my wife & I will drive our trucks down.

 OK everyone I will be absent for about 1 week, cable & internet is getting turned off tomorrow & we will not be back up until next Sunday. I got the f/e sheet metal temp installed for the drive to Virginia. I had to roll the Mustang out of the garage so I could get some stuff out of the attic so I took a couple pics of it.
