Just out of curiosity, why the gap above the cabinets? Looks too small to use, I would ne afraid it is just a dust catch. Going to put crown moldings up there?
We could not put the cabinets all the way to the ceiling because it is plaster & is not completely flat & my wife wants a molding where the wall meets the ceiling.
