Don't worry Mike I was a big enough fan for the both of us.
I owned a black Kramer focus 1000 just because he endorsed it, then I decorated it with red stripes using a high grade electrical tape. Made it through all 3 wives, sold it about 8 years ago.
I started this project too, I have folders saved of the original frankie build before all the copies, this body is authentic copy down to the wood, northern ash. I bought it from another enthusiast that ran out of money. The floyd is original german first round (I have all the parts) and I have the 1971 quarter drilled in the appropriate spot in a small baggie somewhere with rice in it.
For the main pickup he swapped it out a few times so I was going to use a SH13 (in there) because it sounds amazingly similar to the entire VH2 record. Like most of my other projects it probably will not get finished.
