As long as you stay logged in, it remains gone.
If you're one of those people that log in every time you visit you'll have to deal with the reoccurring RSOD as its been termed.
I have noticed that on a couple occasions it' changed making the "it's okay, I know the owners a lazy and hasn' fixed the SSL certs or whatever" button less obvious.
