Just a matter of interest ( or not) it appears that the RSOD is something that you, as a user, can influence - you can use a button on the screen to say it is not a dangerous site and apparently it gets taken off some sort of blacklist ( or should that be red list?) So FRF mod/ admin may not have changed anything - any user could have pressed the button ......
