 OP, why would that come as any surprise to you? I mean, look at what's gone down over there the last few years and in particular, since early very 2017. IMO, FRF doesn't need Homeland Security but rather, they need a good sense of direction (ie, mission statement) and strong leadership to back it, both of which have been sorely absent for over two years. It's also noted that a whole lot of the most tech savvy have left for greener pastures, thus escalating the downward spiral of the site and it's being hooked up to life support.

 I invited 3 yesterday alone. I hit all the n00bs.

Old place is under lockdown but still gets 3 members a day approx thanks to google. Google as of yesterday said there have been 54 backlinks crawled there to here.

Being the site has a bad reputation it could have been bad but it actually helped our rating being their subject matter is identical.

Watching this place grow in google stats makes me happy. I bet in 6 months there will be new people signing daily from searches as our tech articles grow and get crawled.

 really a shame, frf used to be THE place for ranger folks to share knowledge, buy & sell, and just generally BS with one another. I used to get 50+ pm's a month (a slow month) there but I probably haven't got one message in the past 2 months.

thankfully a crazy guy named jim wanted to do something about it & started up FR

Hope more & more of the folks from various ranger forums will find us (don't forget to invite your friends) so we can continue to grow FR
