OP, why would that come as any surprise to you? I mean, look at what's gone down over there the last few years and in particular, since early very 2017. IMO, FRF doesn't need Homeland Security but rather, they need a good sense of direction (ie, mission statement) and strong leadership to back it, both of which have been sorely absent for over two years. It's also noted that a whole lot of the most tech savvy have left for greener pastures, thus escalating the downward spiral of the site and it's being hooked up to life support.
Best way of saying what going on over there.
