I just joined. I'm from North Georgia. I've got a 1998 Ford Ranger XLT 2.5 automatic as my daily driver. My other vehicle is a 1999 Dodge Dakota R/T that I only drive to shows so my Ranger does all the work. My Ranger has 380,000 miles on the body and frame, engine replaced once with a used one, transmission several times. I have a 1993 Ford Ranger 2.3 5-Speed in my family but I don't drive it. It has well over 300,000 hard miles on the original engine and transmission. It's currently a battle to keep my 1998 Ranger performing well enough to keep it a daily driver so I always am working on something.

Welcome! I don't think I can say I've ever seen any vehicle with 380k miles...perhaps I have and just didn't know it.  Oh the stories they'd tell.

I have, we had 3 company vans, little chevy astrovans. One had over 500,000 on it, the least one had over 300,000. We let the outside sales people drive them.

The 500,000 mile one got so dangerous we drove it in to a place that crushes them and handed them the title. Scrap was up we still got like 250 for it LOL.

Welcome, Glad you joined us. Have fun and enjoy F-R. My 96 Accord a daily driver to Honda E.L.P had over 600,000 on it. Engine & tranny never replaced or repaired. Just normal tune ups, oil change every 3000 miles & tranny every 25,000.

One of my neighbor's son bought a one year old 2000 F250 with a Powerstroke when he graduated college. It turned over 500K just before Christmas.
