I just joined. I'm from North Georgia. I've got a 1998 Ford Ranger XLT 2.5 automatic as my daily driver. My other vehicle is a 1999 Dodge Dakota R/T that I only drive to shows so my Ranger does all the work. My Ranger has 380,000 miles on the body and frame, engine replaced once with a used one, transmission several times. I have a 1993 Ford Ranger 2.3 5-Speed in my family but I don't drive it. It has well over 300,000 hard miles on the original engine and transmission. It's currently a battle to keep my 1998 Ranger performing well enough to keep it a daily driver so I always am working on something.
