15x4.5 is a very common hot rod size to run skinny's with your bigs in the rear. AKA bigs and littles.

Bugger, i liked the idea of those at an OE size to replace my steels, the sale price of $50 a piece was very agreeable :)

Besides being too narrow for OEM sized Ranger tires, the bolt  pattern for those wheels is wrong. For a Ranger, you should be looking for 5 x 4.5" or its equivalent 5 X 114.3 mm.
