I got an appointment at my local ford dealer for a detail and buff air bag recall and 3" body lift. The Sport Trac got new front fenders and a gallon of black base coat.

I asked for the body lift but I think my wife is dropping a hint with the fenders and black paint

This is a resurrection post !
Sorry if it offends anyone but I didn't see it when it originally was posted, or I'm just procrastinating AGAIN !

Reading the above posting is both humorous and interesting.

We do the "List Thing" here in SoCal... we send everyone on our Christmas List, a listing of things we would like to get for Christmas.

Sometimes we actually get something we want, other times we get what they want to give us but this last Christmas I got everything on my list, ok so it wasn't a long list, but I was actually surprised when the gifts were being opened.

I ended up with a 24" LED Light Bar for the front bumper of my Truck, and it is RED, not E-4 RED, but close enough (its mounted but not electrically hooked up...YET); and a 16 foot Propane Gas Line for my Blacksmithing Forge, now I can put the 40 lab Propane Tank a little further away from the forge...; and two specialized Fittings, (a 6-way and 5-way "X") for the new Pipe/Wine Bottle Chandelier I am putting together; and a new Apron... not for the kitchen, for Blacksmithing.

It was a great Christmas for all, I hope others got things that they wanted, it is always the best way.

My nephew is into smithing. I'd love to see a pic of your forge. I'm gathering stuff to make him the devils toilet. Lol. His idea not mine. I have a pile of fire bricks I can use to make a real forge when hes ready
