 I was working around my 98 the other day and out of curiosity took the cover off the steering wheel, I don't like contemporary skulls and bones any way.

Well what I uncovered was a wheel identical to my DD but without the classic Ranger Wrinkles in the top.

I feel compelled to swap am I a fanatic?

 X2, swap them. I did the same thing on my wife's 99 Explorer Sport. The leather wrap on the top part of the steering wheel was coming loose, so I got another wheel & swapped them.

 Just went out and looked in case I didn't see it right, it is at least 3 times better than my DD.







Except for my new pod covers everything is better including the air bag.

 I noticed something else too... it has carpeted door covers. Might have to swap that too.
