So about a year ago my brother dumped my truck into a ditch. This is what it looked like:

Well, the other day I noticed that the rear end seems a tad off...maybe an inch or so. I took a strap and dangled it off the side which is by no means a technical way to measure, but it's essentially a plumb bob. The first picture is the driver side (side that was down in the ditch) and the second is passenger side. I've looked at the shock mounts and shackle mounts, as well as the leaf springs themselves and nothing is bent or cracked. Also the frame looks straight to my eyeballs. Is this normal? Lol.

Edit: it also drives straight with no wobble or weird rear end movements, unloaded and loaded.

Ya, that's pretty normal, both my Ranger and my '17 150 are off, as were a few other trucks I've had. Seems it's a built in feature of pickups.:D

If it's not scrubbing the tires off I'd say your fine. But that does take some talent to do that and not roll it. IMPRESSIVE

Alright, cool just checkin. And yeah it was resting on the culverts but was at the perfect angle for them to not roll it. It looks like they just jumped the road and landed there. They took 2 extended boom lifts and some chains and lifted it straight up to get it out with ripping the exhaust or driveshaft off. Brother claims someone ran him off the road when there were no other tracks on the road except his

Yeah it's a wrecker in our small town who knows our family. The police were just going to rip it out

A 4wheel alignment shop could tell you how far out of whack the rear end is. It probably crabwalks down the road to some degree.
