Alright y'all. Sorry to have been inactive. Been so busy building cool stuff that I haven't been on here in forever.
So here's the question
How do I get to 10” of lift total?
Now I don't want to hear about the fact I shouldn't be lifting my 2wd 4cylinder so SHHHH.
I have 7” total. 3” Suspension. 4” body.
2005 Ford Ranger Standard Cab XLT 2.3L 4cylinder 5 Speed.

How do I get taller?
Thank you. :)

Being 2wd you might be maxed out with stock suspension. Maybe try a full custom long travel setup like on a trophy truck

Saw a 2000 trail head couple days ago with bars, stared at them with my own eyes. The 2001-2005 Edge and the 2006-2009 Sport came with a torsion bars. All 2WD

You're getting pretty close to maxed out, as far as height goes, without spending a lot of money. 4" spindles are the largest I've seen, and 3" is about all you can do with a body lift without running into issues.

You could get another ~2" from lift coils, just know that ride quality is going to suffer.

Outside of that, you start getting into really expensive things, and/or things that require some serious fabrication skills

Longtravel/midtravel:
One side effect of long travel suspension is that you get a few inches of lift, depending on how your coilovers are setup. The main benefits of LT is the increased travel, strength, and adjust-ability, while maintaining a low CG. Going long travel for another few inches of height is like buying a Ferrari for the cup holders.

Solid Axle Swap:
Another option is an SAS. Generally this territory is for 4wd people of those that want to swap to 4wd, but I spose the front drive shaft is optional  haha    This route allows you you to set ride height wherever you want, as it's completely custom.

Sig says '05 xlt 2wd, so it'd have to be coils (plus the EDGE package never came with a 4 banger). You're slippin' Jim   :P  lol
