 I have a 5r55e that lost reverse. I'm going to do the rebuild myself. I feel pretty confident that I can do it. I've dg one a bunch of c-4's and powerglides. Was wondering if any of yall has a 5r55e apart and if theres anything I should be aware of???

 Does the 4.0 ohv and 4.0 sohc 5r55e have the same bolt pattern on the bell housing

 Looks like it lines up except for one bolt, top left if you are looking at the front of the motor. Anyone else?
