I have developed an additional method of including images in your posts.
You now have three options, the 3 buttons are in their own group in the editor toolbar.
1. On the left, a picture frame icon, use to upload an external image using a URL - from flickr, etc.
2. Centre, a blue plus icon, use to upload and paste an image from your local hard disk. This also loads the image into your gallery for later reuse if desired.
3. On the right, a black G icon, use to upload one or more images to your gallery for use now or later.
A further enhancement is that JPG/ JPEG images from phones and tablets are rotated automatically.
