We all are aware how much horsepower is gained by adding stickers to your windows or tailgates, proven fact.

Which of these would you put on your truck?

The first would be transparent background, and would be a whopping 14 inches long by an inch high:

AND this one would be 6 inches wide by 2-1/2 inches tall, also transparent:

I have put these both on different color backgrounds to emulate truck colors but being transparent they would look good on windows also.

I was gonna come home tonight and post this very topic.. LOL I was debating it due to sensitivity from that OTHER sticker debacle..!

I like them both myself depending on where one would place them. I'd take one of the bottom ones due to the fact I am seriously considering taking the rear window and making it a Patch board anyway. I could easily make that stick to a piece of ABS plastic of sorts and Velcro the backside and make it the center piece due to its oddity is size and adhesive manners.. lol

I would run the latter of the two, but maybe slightly smaller?

Well for now one sticker and the size I ordered it in LOL.

So far I'm funding this 100%, as you see there are no flashing or popup ads and the site I bet is very quick in comparison to most places you visit.

I'm going to shy away from the google banner thing for at least a year in favor of vendor sponsored ads and eventually a small scale user support routine.Need more content first.

Actually, I like them both, but my preference goes to the second one.

^^^^ I hate stickers 99% of the time but if this one could be had in a width of no more than three inches wide, I'd pay money for it and I'd put it on a window.

I am with Bill... I would prefer something smaller. 3 inches wide would be great for the extended cab side window. At 6 inches, that is going to be a rear windows decal for me. NOTHING goes on the paint (except wax)! :)

I want to see how the first batch looks before I order several different kinds.

I'll see what it looks like at 3 but I think the .com part will not be seen at all, might just have to be the FR. That was the original logo during early development just the FR

Thanks, I wanted kinda dull neutral colors due to the theme being dark, and wanted to get the point across that we will honor the existence of the new rangers as rangers and it doesn't have to be a classic to be discussed.

That is if you are talking about the current 3 truck logo.... :(

I was actually referring to the FR sticker logo. However, I like the three trucks at the top of the forum. I would have referred to that more as the banner. Whatever name you choose, it *IS* nice as well. Also, agreed that regardless of how each individual member feels about the new returning Ranger, as a Ranger-based forum, we must welcome those enthusiasts as well. You have good taste, Jim! This forum is coming together nicely! :)

Just from experiences I've had.. anything less than 0.75" tall when it comes to lettering in basic fonts gets difficult to weed out as a decal and will drive up cost as will the more difficult fonts; obviously not the concern here.

In my opinion, I do prefer the decal look over a printed sticker per say but at sometimes the printed stickers make more sense, more cost effective, and then there is always the colors available in printing with CMYK over specific colors available.

Any printing/graphics individual whose dealt with me in past and or the near future will agree, I'm a pain in the ass when I visualize something specific and I challenge their thoughts and or abilities but when I'm done.. Always looks great going that little extra step.

You may find that the 3" sticker unless just the "FR" may seem just a tad too small and when going to a 4.25" sticker realize that the 6" sticker isnt big enough somewhat. Just an after thought.. Hope that made sense anyway.

The initial batch is printed on Clear Polyester. If it sucks to no end I will do something else. I meant it for the rear window when I was drawing it.

Should be here Monday or Tuesday.

I'll just be happy to have a sticker from any board LOL I can't believe FRF didn't send me one, the only reason I paid for the membership was to get the sticker. I'm serious.

Well, when I paid my membership at R-F, it sent me a PM asking for the info of what color stickers I wanted and where to mail them. Never got them. Later, Dewey said that Internet Brands quit doing the sticker thing, but he had some made that I could buy. Would have been nice to know that BEFORE I paid a membership. No, I didn't re-up the following year.

Stickers have been delivered at my home. I'm at work.

So tonight there will either be pictures of stickers or I will disappear for several days in shame if they suck.
