Here's the drivers side You will need the passenger side (they are sided)
You got the order right, though the handles attach to the brackets, through the trim piece - if you look at the bracket picture enlarged, you can see the low points are where you bolt it to the pillar (x4) and the high points are where you attach the handle (x2)
