You've linked a set of replacement projector headlights, they're complete, just get them and enjoy. Some info: 1) Just fitting a projector to regular halogen bulbs, massively increases the effective light output as well as focus. 2) Retro fitting, or just fitting projectors to headlight housings has to be the most difficult part. 3) Once you have those housings, you're open to fit LED or HID bulbs to them, for the most part, they're all going to be like replacing regular bulbs. 4) As the projector does all the work, there isn't the sensitivity to where the "filament" is positioned (that's what causes bad alignment and pattern in a regular housing) so you don't have to spend much on bulbs. 5) HID's are more complicated to wire up, i would start with a nice set of LED's first, as they're just plug and play and don't require extra expensive hardware and wiring/looms/relays.
