I wouldn't be too preachy on this, no one is promoting illegal activities and whether or not you agree, doesn't really matter.
You can have your say and state what you feel, but you're not helping despite your feeling on this.
Don't assume all non halogen bulbs are not street legal, or all glare\blind other road users.
