Actually they're still a Non-profit but..

In 2015 the NFL gave up the tax-exempt status it had held since 1947 in response to mounting criticism for its quickly growing revenue. The league now exists as a trade association made up of and financed by its 32 member teams.

So seems since 1947 seems the NFL, likely others mentioned have enjoyed the same benefits as any Church; the league was an unincorporated nonprofit 501(c)(6) association up until 2015.  Wow. I wonder how much money that was?!

I would agree. However, at the same time the way the Automotive sales industry is handled here in the States, most consumers are completely under the guise that the way they've been buying a car, led again by "Professionals" in the industry, truly believe that they're in compliance with the process and how or at least in how it works.

Most people when it comes to finances of loans and real banking. Well, lets just say far less really understand it.  There are people completely fooled by the fact that they think their credit score is the sole reason besides willingness and ability to make a payment is what it is.

The problem we have, not that I agree with it because I'm of older raising myself.  The way the economy really works is based purely on debt.  The more money saved, the more that stagnates the actual economy. That's NOT what we want to hear or be told but its the reality.  The less people spend, the less the money shared goes around crating all sorts of small wonders of debt but, I would likely get some people severely confused or upset picking apart their paradigms.

All in all tho, with all the conversation between banks, gov, wall street, business about the economics, I think we're all going to feel quite different soon about what we all thought.
